I wonder what the sales losses are due to all the talk of a V8 every year and those that put off buying each year waiting. They should have just upgraded the 3.6 internals and valvetrain to add a turbo or supercharger option with a small amount of boost to bring it into the 350-400 HP range with a good flat torque curve.
You basically just described the Maserati 3.0 V6 twin turbo Pentastar version that is already being made.

Pretty much nothing that impacts their bottom line compared to the expenses of putting one out.
People scream and holler but in reality, those who will jump are a fraction of the noise. FCA knows the numbers, the forum screamers do not.

Reverse psychology?

Jeep...we don't want a V8 Gladiator. We want the 3.6L V6 only.
I want a 2.0L turbo. A Farva for each side.

With price of fuel right now, I want 4 electric motors. One for each wheel, then mount a wind generator in the bed to keep the batteries charged.

Bring a couple leaf blowers along just incase you need to blow on the wind generator to get some extra charge.

I dont think someone who has been cheerleading the 4xe as much as you has any great insight into whether or not jeep owners will spend their money on a V8 gladiator. I think you are out of touch in this area and should probably humble yourself. After all, you are only an "internet expert" despite how great you think you are.

NO one has been cheerleading anything - just countering - with facts, the bull crap people like you spew constantly.

I'm far more than an "internet expert" and will put my business and marketing experience against you any day - having rescued at least 2 business from the brink over the years, blowing away the expectations of bankers and the SBA people.

I've been in marketing, sales, business management, and the automotive field for decades. (gee, I even went to college)

Since you are here only to TROLL and harass and have never contributed anything helpful, never solved problems, done troubleshooting - only spew your dislike of those who may have more experience and training than you (in almost everything) - it's time to block yet another troll! Goodbye. I don't have to put up with your trolling and hate any more.

Expressing a different opinion than you is not harassment. Being able to discuss differing opinilns in a civil manner is a sign of maturity that we should all hope for.

You no doubt have a wealth of knowledge and experience that is appreciated by many despite your tendency to bloviate on and on and on about your accomplishments. I just dont think your word is gospel on this subject and while you are knowledgeable and an asset to the forum, you are only a legend unto yourself. Humble yourself, let others brag for you and you will grow as a person.

They are bringing back the 392 Durango for about $50K and I gotta tell you if I wasn't so hard up for keeping a 4x4 truck that would be awful tempting 😂
