The engine went too quickly at 108k. Otherwise, I've gone through multiple windshields.

I will hit 36K before I hit two years.
I work from home….Most of my miles are weekends, vacations, trips to the lake and the gun range. 😉 Although, this year…we’re driving it to Charleston NC (from Lancater PA) and again up to Cape Code. Lots and lots of miles this year.

Funny…..The insurance company thinks its a ‘pleasure vehicle’ (and it is)….
We thought it would stay under 5,000 a year and be exempt from emissions inspections. But Noooooo….we’ve been driving it much more than we thought. And LOVIN’ every mile of it!!!

The paint. Had bubbling on the door hinges and hood at 40,000. Just had to replace the camshaft and rockers at 90,000 miles. Was surprised with that, dealer said its a common issue.

With a 2024 Sport S, with only a couple missing option, like led headlights and Max Tow, but I believe most others, only two items have worn out. The biggest was the steering damper, replaced under warranty with front end alignment that has helped the steering feel and center better than ever and smooth. Plus only the wipers separated at the far ends, so I replaced with Rain X Truck & SUV wipers.

My steering stabilizer seems to have worn out around 22K miles. I’m not surprised since I have run 37” KO2’s since the second day I had it. I replaced it with the Nexus 2.2 and so far haven’t had any steering wheel shimmy like I was starting to get. When I removed it I was able to move it in and out pretty easily. I also had to replace my windshield wipers after 20K miles and only used them twice. The desert sun is not nice to plastic or rubber.

Batteries. Less then 2 years and had to replace them. I had the same issue with my JL which left me stranded.

i think there is a thread about stuffing 1/8 vacuum tube in the permanently fixes this and the roll is like $8
thats what i did. it has held since i 'installed' it. I dont like the appearance but it is what is. i do have a small audio setup. maybe that contributed to it. I did not have the audio setup when it first started leaking. the new leak was much worse than my first leak.

Windshield too. I made it 50 years of driving without a broken windshield, and my JT made it about 8 months . . .
My 2025 made it 2 days when it took a rock in my Gorrila glass windshield

Absolutely nothing. 2020 Gladiator Overland 112,000 miles
2nd set of tires - have stayed with original size 275-70R18 in Goodyear Wrangler ATA cause I love the 18-20 mpg gas mileage and still on original brakes and rotors just now getting close. Only repair to date is drivers side cam position sensor and an immaculate body scrape repair and taillight replace from a side-swipe at 18,000 miles. This is my fourth Jeep (Wrangler, Liberty, Grand Cherokee) since 1998 and favorite vehicle overall to date.
That’s an awesome run! Especially at 112k.

Sounds like you’ve got it dialed in pretty well, and sticking with that tire setup clearly hasn’t hurt either.

Always good to hear from someone having the opposite experience. 👍

Windshield. Definitely the windshield. Honestly I think about my windshield every single day. I wake up in a cold sweat worrying about my windshield. My wife left me because I wouldn't stop talking about my windshield. If only there were some kind of product, perhaps a film of some sort, that could protect it. If anyone has any ideas please help. I'm desperate. My kids won't return my calls.
Mine lasted 2 years before a truck on the hiway threw a rock at it.
Now I stay well back from trucks or pass them quickly. On single lane dirt roads i pull right and slow to a crawl when it passes..

Bushings, only have 36K miles and every bushing in the suspension and steering is completely worn out and shot. The shop has never seen it and said it looks like the bushings have 100K miles on them.
The heat breaks em down. Go after market .

I could see blaming the bushings if you had a stock suspension......your list of suspension mods says otherwise????? Curious…how do you know when they’re ‘blown’? I have about 15k and sometimes I swear they’re not as soft as they used to be. Not leaking….
Oil leaking from shocks right where the shaft seal is on bottom of the shock tube and usually dust will be collected on it also.
