Dreaded Stop/Start unavailable message-both batteries replaced last year.

I also have a 2023 and they have replaced my batteries twice under warranty. Didn't pay a penny and it's not the dealer I purchased the truck from. Interesting that yours is being difficult. May want to go to another dealer if you have that option.

It turned out well. They found the aux battery was the problem AND they did replace it under warranty. So I guess I'll go with the stupid ESS for now. I'll assume the service guy looked into things more after I pressed him when dropping it off.

Glad to hear they took care of it for you, as they should. Since I am on my third set since purchase, I will definitely do something different when the warranty runs out. I sure won't purchase any of the OEM batteries. They appear to be crap.

Hi Guys I got my Mojave 2023 and I got the same issues related to the batteries, the dealer already changed both batteries the auxiliary first and a couple of weeks the main but still the problem remains, anyone for here know what the root cause really is?

Anytime mine stopped working it was always the aux battery.

Ok thanks, and have you done anything additional to fix it? Or you just replace and replace the aux battery?

Mine is still under warranty so the dealer has replaced both batteries twice now. I heard its best to replace both at the same time. If you replace only one and the other is weak, it will drain the other battery. My warranty runs out soon and not sure if I am going to extend it or not plus when it does run out, I may do the aux delete and upgrade the main.
