I have some bad news for you about Jeep's corporate ownership and parts content.
Oh i am very aware of european globalist scam that run stellantis, They been giving us the big FU for years now. Well aware of all the cheap parts sourcing the great lol ceo Carlos Tavares pushed as cost saving, blah blah. Anyway atleast they see the writing on the wall and slow down the BS.
Ford is one that is still trying push legislation that kills comsumer choice,Anti-privacy, etc. No fan of them anymore. Garbage

If it can be flat towed, I'd be interested. Otherwise I'll keep the Jeep.

I personally love the fact that Ford is building on the success of the Maverick. I don't mind that it's pulling from a nostalgic nameplate. I'd much rather have the option to buy a cool little truck with a classic name than some re-hashed Prius looking shiitmobile that seems to be infiltrating the automotive market (Mitsubishi's latest turd below).

Looking forward to it, will probably crush the Slates chances.

Of course, Ford will likely Ford it and launch it at 50k lol.
More like $30k MSRP and $20k in dealer markups. It will be the Maverick launch all over again.

Ranchero? Neat. The boys in Dearborn sure are doing a bang up job defending their IP by resurrecting old nameplates.

But I'm really looking forward to the 2029 Grand Torino LTD-III and the 2030 Continental Mark IX Bill Blass Edition. But only the Blass. The Cartier model is just too over the top.
Maybe the Dearborn boys will be resurrecting the Pinto nameplate on a smaller truck. They will just have to work out exactly where to locate the fuel tank so that it properly explodes when rear-ended.

I've never understood the excitement some folks get up to over what names cars are called.

Do you want one or not? Could call it the Ford Butthole for all I care.

It's not like Maverick was ever some highly revered name, or Blazer, or whatever.

My first thought any time "Pinto" is mentioned:
