The last jeep I bought was my '05 WK Hemi. Still have it. I followed that from rumor to release and bought it as soon as I could get one built with my specs. Maybe I'm getting old, but I don't recall pricing being released so late after the official announcement. I know that was awhile ago so perhaps apples vs oranges, but that's my reference point

Dunnn! Dun gone. Going resto! I'll quench the thirst forJT by having a Vintage Gladiator. Then buy used or new in a couple years of this version.

We’ve known for over a year it would be a 2020 MY released in 2019, so this is exactly what I’ve been expecting.

Yeah, I don’t know exactly how much each feature and trim line will cost, or what will fit my budget, but from my point of view it just gives me more time to save up cash for what is in essence my dream Jeep.

At the end of the day, I’m not placing an order until I have the cash in the bank, regardless of when orders open, and it’s looking like that might be September-ish. I’ll just let all y’all get the first couple thousand JTs off the line and work the kinks out ;-)

The upside is saving more money like you said.

I think the worse part about waiting was hearing the rumors with what to expect and then those timeframes come and go. It seems we finally got some concrete information here so even thought it is later than we all want, I’m happy to at least know when now.

I'm in the market for the Gladiator J3000 with the cool rhino grille. I'm on one now, with another as backup. In process. Lots of twists. I'll post as soon as I either have (a) empty wallet and I just got ripped off frowny face, or (b) happy face & my new love, Cindy.

I just saw a J10 posted on Craigs List pretty close to me this morning. There is only one picture of the front end but what I can see looks pretty good.

Speaking for the masses, are we ? April seems to be the new go-to Pricing dump ! And Late June for the 1st Dealership orders to arrive . . . and that's probably Dealers Close to Toledo ! Don't forget the RailRoad issues haven't been solved and won't ever be . . . ! ? Billy, what/where we might be able to see you online in the near future . . . ? Got another Manufacturers Forum in mind you like ?
Railroad issues you say? What are these? Last ones I heard of were Iacoca and the K-car length...

Should I Be , or :crying: ? So you gave IT a feminine Name ! Interesting . . . though I see Many (lonely?) Jeepers seem to do that, ha ! Am I the odd-ball ? I've NEVER named any inanimate objects I've owned . I must of been quite satisfied with the (many?) female "Friends" I've had over the years . . . ha X 2 ! Careful '5,' Cindy could "cost you" more than expected -- you keep adding to the "Simple Sport Build" I see your list of "options" growing ! Careful some options Require Other-Options to be added ! Isn't Free Enterprise Wonderful ? Next thing you know you'll be "needing" (a yet to be invented) Hands-Free JT tail-gate ! ? That's Tail-GATE, I'm sure CINDY has "Tail," but "she" needs to wear it with the GATE ! :) :) .

No, to calm myself I have spent many hours at jlwranglerforums in the 'Issues, Repairs, Warranty, TSB, Recalls' section. There are still serious problems with '19 JL's, a small but vocal portion yes, but why press your luck. I'll wait until I stop seeing steering issues, death wobble...

WELL, I couldn't help but take note of "flyfish" & Morrison, CO. ! On Delorme, pg. 50, just outside the Denver Belt-Loop .
Not to alter the post (much/temp.) I too am a "flyfish" person & 2 years ago JEEPed it over as far East as pg. 47 of Delorme !
The Fryingpan being that areas main event .
I concur fully with your hours spent and due-diligence hoping for the "miraculous cure-all" for the JL with the hope those issues are resolved within the JT . It IS Very Frustrating !

Man you are roasting all my dreams on hot first coals! If I get into a JT down the road, used, it'll be a fully optioned Rubi. But that might be years!

As for your build, what's the difference, form or function? You getting decals, or never get decals?

Seriously, you mentioned railroad issues, what are they or did my old eyes misread?

Also, you've been a few places! We should start a map thread. Wondering there's a way to Putnam in all the places everybody's been
