If it was going through Caliente, I can just about guarantee that train was headed to socal. That's on the line that goes to Vegas, chances are for norcal it would've been headed to Reno instead....so if they were headed for California, that would be somewhere between Bakersfield and San Diego.

At first I was worried that was the case. Spoke to my dealer today (Peterson in Nampa, ID) and mines not due in Utah until tomorrow at the earliest!

Hey wait, those JTs had VINs already, so do they just create a new VIN plate with the same number, or new VIN and then have to fix/redo paperwork?

Yeah, there are people that ordered LEs that were never delivered LEs. If they don't, there will be hell to pay.

Someone from the factory said they are planning to build replacements.

Sigh of relief. If you ordered from Kent in Nampa, ID @ Peterson your Gladiator was NOT on that train.

Now even more reason that I’m glad I didn’t order from a CA dealer...that’s where those Gladiators were going. Guess the unscrupulous CA dealers will simply now apply more crazy markups (less supply in CA). Feel bad for anyone with a Gladiator or Wrangler (or truck) on that train!

How do you know it was going to a CA dealership? Southern CA or Northern?

Wait. Why do I care? I'm stuck in D- Day 53.
