Yeah, definitely pricey. You do get an instant 10% off code, so $230. Still pretty spendy.

But... I haven't seen a thing but glowing reviews and I've seen many disappointments with other mirrors.
I know i got a $25 discount that popped up probably because i was trying to decide too long. I have used a lot of others through the years on other Jeeps. Hopefully this will end my quest

I like it, and the ball mount may be nice for a phone. You get what you pay for, right? Do the mirrors wobble at all, or stay very stationary?
No wobble at all $225.90 to my doorstep. Very heavy made .

woah, so this wasn't just an easy plug and play, you did LED light surgery?!
It's called an HID retrofit, but yes it is not plug and play by any means. The motocontrol harness makes the wiring portion of the install a breeze but actually retrofitting the hid projectors into the housing is time consuming work. I used a set of halogen housings for this project. These headlights are particularly hard to remove the lens from due to the sealant (permaseal) used on them.

Yet another glowing review! Thanks for making me feel one tick better about the same $225.90.

Loved the simplicity of them too. Leave the mount attached, stow the mirror, thread on when needed.

I gave her some tattoos (I prefer calling scratches and dings tattoos, makes me feel better about them) and earned another badge for Holcomb Creek up at Big Bear CA.

Can't wait to hear your opinion of the light quality.
For $160, I like the blacked out look and they are pretty damn bright (9600 lumens). You can go brighter with something like Rigid but I’m not looking to see through mountains and you’ll definitely spend more (there’s a 7500 lumen for $448!).

I LOVE the Auxiliary Switch setup too! Located the tan wire (one of the 40 gauge bigger wires) tucked in the bundle next to battery and for the stock illuminated 3-wire harness that came with light bar, I clipped the harness off to leave the 3 wires. I capped off the blue (ignition), grounded the black to the stock empty ground post that’s there JUST for these types of accessory installs (which I used as the ground for the main ground wire coming from the main harness), and then connected the hot wire (white) to the tan wire that connects right to AUX 1 button. I then changed the setting through the head unit to run power directly from the battery and miraculously it all works!

The biggest difference I can notice is how much higher the tree is illuminated across the street (see pics below) when everything is on but I’ll play with it some more when it cools off...it’s like 90 with 75% humidity!

Pictured in order...

1. Light bar only

also has the added effect of looking angry, lol Sure some guys who are anti the angry bird grill won't like it.

however, most people won't see that because you wont be driving with the bar on with oncoming traffic, lol, anyways, great write up!
