It replaces the plastic cover that comes on trucks without the ac outlet

Haven't road-tripped since install.
It does have the Aero lip, so should help.
I do like the fit/finish of it, adds a little definition.

Got my comms installed last weekend. I put an Icom 5100A in with lip mount dual band antenna. New bumper and winch should be here tomorrow and rock sliders are on order.

How'd you mount the Icom?

The best way I have found to keep the bugs off the windshield is to leave it in the living room. Now the problem becomes bugs on the rearview, the head rest and the forehead.

Yea, just a replacement to the crappy plastic cap. Just itching for a fun little project one night last week and this was the result. Will probably make a handful in black, red and clear anodizing.

Well, maybe not TO the Gladiator but I did swap out the remote for a little more streamline unit from AJT Design...(the key is relocated to a compartment on the back).
