Well, maybe not TO the Gladiator but I did swap out the remote for a little more streamline unit from AJT Design...(the key is relocated to a compartment on the back).

Yea, I never use the key...it is there if I need it. Just wanted a little less bulk. Plus the damn key kept opening in my pocket lol.

It was slightly frustrating, but once I realized what I was doing it was very easy. Lol

Ahhh great point. Does your tailgate lock with the doors or do you have to manually lock the tailgate, that would be an even more logical choice to stick with the ginormous factory fob!
