I have a Roam front which has a great approach angle but is a bit of a pain to mount a winch in(You can forget about any of the larger Warn units).
I will likely be changing to the JCR Dagger or Mauler in the very near future

What fenders are those?

Liking the Rugged Ridge Arcus. Haven’t put the overrider bar on it but it’s the same price with or without it, so I figured I’d keep the option. Works great as it is with the trail cam, I can see the hooks and just enough of the bumper to see where it’s at.

Edit: I’m running the oem plastic rubicon bumper’s LED fog lights in this, the steel bumper’s LED fog lights wouldn’t have fit. It did include instructions for overland and sport fog lights as well.

Took a couple hours to install along with the winch, didn’t need any help but a second set of hands would have been nice. Make sure you put the fairlead in before the winch, it doesn’t tell you to and it’s a pain to get the bolts in after.
Also installed Quadratec’s skid plate and it all fit fine with it.

How long did it take for you to receive the Arcus Bumper? I just ordered mine from Quadratec and it is on backorder.

I ordered the Arcus with over rider on October 16th from Quadratec. I kept calling them every few weeks and they kept saying soon. I talked to 4 wheel parts on Dec. 2nd and they told me that it would be January. I gave up and ordered the Arcus without the over rider which was in stock and on a crazy sale for cyber Monday from 4 wheel parts and happened to find the over rider as a deal from Amazon warehouse so I paid a little more total but I just installed it all yesterday so I am happy.
I have ordered many things from Quadratec before but I was not happy with the way this one went. No communication from them, only info I got is when I called. I would have expected at least an email when we blew by the ship date they promised when I first ordered.

I dig the Arcus in that it retains some factory styling. Really wish it didn't have those monster hooks on it, though.

I thought the AEV bumper looked really good on the JL. It's still not out though...

This is a great thread but I found myself overwhelmed with all the options. I created a Bumper Guide Google Sheet to try to simplify this. What do you think??

For those that installed already, can you please fill it out?
If you have any proposed edits to the Data sheet, please leave your comments in the "suggested edits" sheet. TIA!

So originally I had ordered the Quadratec QRC bumper but it was back ordered and i couldn't hold out any longer. So I cancelled and order the Rampage. There was some attention that need to be paid to the fog lights to mount but it's spec for JL/JK and some JL reviews made me aware of this. Just after I cancelled my order for the QRC and the rampage shipped the QRC became available in stock. I did debate on returning and reordering the QRC I decided to keep the Rampage on account of the weight difference.

I would say overall I'm satisfied with it.

what was the weight difference ? Style wise pretty similar to the QRC - other than winch mounting placement.

QRC is 115lbs and the rampage is 76lbs
