Cerwin Vegas! There’s a brand I haven’t seen since my car audio aficionado days in the early 90s! I’d forgotten about them, but recall they were quality speakers. Thanks for the reminder.
Credit goes to @DMC1 - he had an extra set I bought and installed.

Samson got @ACE Engineering rock sliders installed. I really like the look and my wife really likes having a step to get into the JT!

The Ace Engineering Rock Sliders stick out about 4-inches and make a perfect step up into the JT!

It really helps having a shade tree mechanic for a friend that lets you use their heated shop, tools and lends a major hand in the installation:

Even shared the secret tool for removing the body mount bolts with red Loctite:

Had the MORE dead pedal installed:

And the XBEEK in-channel Deflectors/Ventvisors:

Bonus: upgraded the front speakers - these sounds so much better than the factory!

Do the Ace rock/step sliders mount only to the frame (not the body pinch seam) and will they support the weight of the Gladiator when rock crawling off if you want to jack under them?

Can you provide the speaker info - model number, pricing and link to buy?

Thanks

Ace Engineering sliders are done, definitely some puckering breaking the bolts loose. I used a heat gun and cleaned the threads and applied blue loctite. Realistically each side can be done in less than 30 minutes. Very pleased with the quality and they were well packaged.

Sweet!
My Ace sliders should arrive monday. The wait has been driving me nuts.
Mine arrived a couple days ago. Plan to put on next weekend at a friend's heated shop. Thanks for the tip on the heater for removing those body bolts, TRI-JAB!

Yesterday did get the ARB Twin Compressor installed under the passenger seat. Whoever says wiring through the firewall is easy does not share my experience. We gave up after an hour and went through the drain plug right in front of the compressor. Still need to finish wiring it up to the aux switch--will take a relay since the compressor draws max 50+ amps and the highest rated aux switch is 40 amps.

Correct. They mount using the three body mount bolts on each side (not the body pinch seam). This allows folks with the OEM Rubicon Rock Rails to keep them mounted as well.

That looks like a charcoal lighter! How long did you heat the bolts and do you think you heated them long enough?
Yep! @DMC1 comes up with some great ideas - I was not looking forward to putting a torch to the bolts.

For the fronts, I probably held it on the bolt head for at least 10 minutes. Those are the ones with the Red Loctite (meant to be permanent).

The middle and rears, I probably held it on the bolt head for about 5 minutes. The Blue Loctite is temporary anyways.

Based on the fact that I did not break any bolts and I did not melt any of the rubber washers - I think it was a good temp/duration. It definitely helped being in heated garage. It is hard to say what temp the bolt was at the threaded end, but they were warm to the touch for sure.

Good to know! Mine have not arrived yet, but the bolt removal is my biggest concern.

Somehow I missed the background on what you’ve got going with this mod... I notice the molle racks are missing. When are you doing the full write-up on this? Is this part of the custom bed drawer system? Inquisitive minds need to know!

Details on the tank?
How did you secure it?
It's not secure yet, it'll be sandwiched into place by the drawer framing.

Got it from plastic mart online, 27x15x6, 9 gallon. Have to holesaw your own bulkhead fittings.
