curious if you have a parts list for the rails, endcaps, and bolts you used?
I have a parts list here, I posted a half-arsed DIY
The rails are are standard Super Strut B, at the big orange home improvement store they come in 10’ lengths. So I had to by 2 of them, not bad considering all in the cost was around $50 for the rails, end caps, bolts, split washers and washers.

Installed my Rear Rockrawler 3” springs and spring correction pads these springs are long & being bigger around than any Wrangler spring, i just used my spring compressor. I ran out of time so i couldn’t install trackbar relocation bracket & my adjustable trackbar. So now i have these 3” springs all around & it drives super good.

I'm hoping to "re-spring" mine soon - what compressor did you use? I'll have to check and see if any of mine will work - they may not because mine are car specific to some extent. The springs won't necessarily be longer but compressing is faster than more disassembly and jacking it higher.

You can use ratchet straps, too

Rigged up a cargo net in the rear seat. This area is used during my overlanding trips for clothing stuff sacks and photography gear (I carry lots of photography gear). The net gives me a touch of assurance that in the event of a sudden stop, the gear will mostly stay in place. This one is from Amazon and made of seatbelt material. I have another one from Safari Straps which is made from heavier canvas material. Sadly, Safari Straps no longer offers the size suitable for this.

Swapped out the 3.5” top dash (with Infinity REF3022CFX) and soundbar (with JL Audio C2 350x) speakers. Nice sound improvement over the Alpine Premium speakers.
How did you come to select these speakers? I know there’s better models (Infinity Kappa 3.5s). Were you looking for better audio without going top line? I have the Premium system too and it’s ok but I saw this post and started adding both sets of speakers to my cart but then I started seeing the Kappa and other more expensive speakers which I’m not against testing (IF they fit?!). Normally I like JL Audio...did you go with the Infinity’s in dash with higher treble and the JLs in soundbar due to more bass?

Have you explored swapping out the bigger speakers in soundbar or the ones by driver/passenger knees?

Y'all must have much better ears than I have, because this Alpine system is freaking great.

The Alpine system, the Jeep overhead sound bar and the proximity of the subwoofer behind the rear seats is really great. And if you put the balance just a little bit behind the center, the sound ambiance is unique!

As for the speaker sonority, it’s a personal choice. It’s like the headphones diversity and the subject is almost as sensitive as speaking of religion!

Did a little woodwork for the Gladiator. Thinking I might want to bedcoat it ...

I used straight bedliner spray on from lowes, worked like a charm for mine. Used 2 cans to really get that dark black look to match up to my Rhino Liner and has held up very well in the snow/rain.

Bought a $100 deductible, 8yr/125k mi Mopar Max Care warranty from Tom Winkels.

I keep my vehicles for a while, so extended warranties have always paid off for me on my past Jeep GCs (three of them), ususally based on electronics breaking.
