Added the Hotheads headliner and Sound Assassin tape. Really happy with the install. I couldn't
get great pics of the panels in place because thunderstorms began rolling in but after driving around, the sound was noticeably lessened.

Found a steal on Rubi suspension takeoffs tonight, going through the part numbers online verifying sides for springs (higher number for passenger it seems)
68341340ac front left coil
68341343ac front right coil
68341450ab rear left coil
68341451ac rear right coil
I'll have to check the sway bar links and the lower control arms for part # difference compared to stock, but if I don't have to swap them, that'll make the conversion quicker overall. Added bonus, the install instructions for the Mopar 2" lift were included with the parts, so there's torque listings if I do have to swap those other parts. This will be my Tuesday project. Now just need to keep an eye out for the 3-piece steel take off front bumper and I'll be good...for now.
The sway bar links & lower control arms are the same as your Originals. No need to change. Many here have installed a 3/4” front Spring spacer with the rubicon springs & the Jeeps look perfect IMO.

So here's the Smittybilt door hinge steps on the passenger side. The driver side was a complete disaster and I stripped a bolt along with scratching my paint. I should of just gave up but I kept going and going until I really stripped it clean . Any suggestions at this point? Drilling?

Is this the box and subwoofers from crutchfield? Did you have any problems running power cables form battery to back here? Also did you use a line output converter

Sorry about your troubles, hope you get them sorted!

Would you mind posting a close-up picture straight on and side profile picture of the part where the step mounts to the hinge?

I had some cheap-o versions from amazon that I returned because they wouldn't sit properly within the recess of the hinge.

Thanks!

I'll take some pics tomorrow but I have the cheap-o Amazon hinge covers on mine before I mounted the Smitty steps overtop so idk how much help it will be for you to compare. One thing I don't like about the hinge steps was the rubber gasket peieces that go behind the new hinge bolts. It's bigger and the access rubber bleeds over the edge. Idk maybe I can rip it off somehow.

Did you strip it taking it off or putting it back on? I was considering these but now I’m having second thoughts

I stripped the stock bolt trying to take it off. The black ones smittybilt supplies are pretty good and fit good once the stock ones are off It's just a matter of getting these damn stock ones off. I'm hoping once I get this straightened out that the hinge step covers the scratch in my paint. It looks like it will

At this point your going to have to do a BP Blaster soak, drill a pilot hole and use an extractor Kit to get that out.
