If you've ever run a business and had women on staff - watch out.. We had more troubles with politics and high school-like cliques with the women - no issues with the men employees. It's different for women. Have you noticed how few of them make eye contact with you in stores, etc? They have to be constantly careful to keep men from thinking they are inviting you in.
At stores, women cut in, men say "excuse me".
Last week I was at a store that had a pharmacy - lanes clearly marked as to this direction or that, one way this or one way that. Another fellow and I had been in line almost 5 minutes, along comes a woman in the other lane going the wrong way and jumps up to the counter as soon as the person ahead of me was done. The guys had this look like "well, that's not unexpected" shrug........ no one dared say a thing to her.
So don't expect women in Iowa to wave - they don't. I've not had any women wave, but many of the men do, and yet women drive at least 1/3 of the Jeeps here.
