Started the REDARC trailer brake controller install. The hardest part so far was the 12volt socket removal. The tool didn't really help at all, and in fact, made it more difficult because it's die-cut, has rough edges that made it not fit those square holes well, plus, it shoved the metal out because if the extreme tight fit and made it wedge against the plastic it was supposed to release!
It fit perfectly in the 12 volt outlet piece it comes with, not worth a darn in my JT outlet. Had I known this before trying, I'd have filed it to fit the holes better and not had it flare those little square holes out into the plastic like it did. In the end, the tool made things worse because of the poor fit - so it took nearly an hour to remove the 12v socket without damaging things. (want to relocate it to the glove box area if I can figure a way to feed that wire over that way)

Everything else is installed and connected, just need to but the little knob/control part in place and put things back together.

Bkinnell, I don't want to rain on your parade as they say but want you to know of my experience. I put those valve stem caps on my JT last fall. The salt and brine treatments used on the roads here in NE Ohio have "welded" them on to the valve stems. Mine goes in next week to have the tires removed, valve stems replaced, tires remounted and rebalanced. Just a heads up for you.

Thanks Rich for the heads up! I’ll be removing mine before winter for sure.

It was pretty easy. Took me 20-30 mins. Lots of different angles you can tweak to your like. I like it a lot.

Thanks. That's another bit I can add to this truck to make it even better on trips.
Time to find/purchase.

And also watch out for ass clowns stealing them. I had Ford logo caps years ago and 2 sets were stolen. Of course that was in ass clown capital SoCal, but just a heads up...

12,000 lb Badland winch install. Wasn't too much of a hassle. Can't wait to use it once California stops burning.

Today so far was an Undercover Flex bed cover, vent visors this afternoon. Thursday is Mopar 2“ Lift with adjustable track bar and Falken 285/75-18 Wildpeaks. The Undercover Flex is the 3rd one I’ve used on various trucks over the last 10 years or so. Great cover.....

Just dropped our JT off at Beyond Wraps to get fully wrapped with a color change and a cool design with our logo. Huge plans for our Gladiator coming in the next 2 months.

After the Jeep is finished with the wrap we take the truck over to Edelbrock headquarters to let them test their E-force supercharger and much more.

After 2 weeks of having the Edelbrock Supercharger, I can finally say that this add on is definitely an amazing option to add significant power. The raised torque curve is a huge noticeable difference that makes acceleration a breeze. While it is not a V8, the power in the truck feels above average for a midsized truck and finally feels like it has some power. It no longer would "struggle" to gain speed on the highway. Feels like a race car, while not being a race car!

Love it! I’m a big fan of that tire size. Big 35” and barrow enough at 285 to stay under the fenders while fitting the oem rims perfectly. How is it with the 3.73s? Looks great! Lift plans?
Thank you! Went back and forth on tire size and the forums helped get me in down the right path. Likely going to go with a leveling kit in the near future but the wifey and kiddos have issues getting in and out as it sits so I don't see going much higher soon.

Drive just like stock as far as I can tell. Not much in terms of noise. Lost about 1 MPG on the highway but otherwise very very happy with it.

So you installed the Oracle Lighting cargo strip under the bed rails and hooked it up to the aux wiring under the hood? What was the path that you took for the wiring? How muc extra wiring di you have to buy?
correct.
I ran the wire for the driver side behind the bumper and Mated it up with the passenger side. From there I just followed the wiring harness along the frame. Wired it up to aux 3 switch. I cut enough wire to have too much. So at least the length of the gladiator plus 10%.
