Just installed today but looks very tight. Added some 3/8 weather strip to double up. Had no issues with the cover without the rack.

Cover looks good. Review on Quadratec and other places are horrible for fit and finish. How do you like it and what are your thoughts?

Update - now that I've put it on and off SEVERAL times, it is definitely fitting much better, AND is easier to install/take off. In short, much better fit now that it's broken in and shaped to the cab.

Hey @UncleChanBlake ! I ordered everything on Amazon. Both the vinyl on the tailgate and the letters are 3M 2080. When doing the tailgate I took the letters off with fishing line and cleaned all the extra tape of really well, then I removed the lights and camera. I then outlined where I wanted the tailgate wrap with knifeless tape, cleaned the area again and layed the wrap on the tailgate and worked out the bubbles the best I could and used a little bit of heat from a hair dryer when I thought it was needed. Wrapping the letters was a little trickier, it took a little more heat from a hair dryer and cutting with an razor blade. For the most part it went fairly smooth, outside of the sharp corners. It just took a little more time. I've also never done any of this before and it turned out ok, so most anybody should be able to do it.

Method 305 NV 20x10
Kanati Armor Hog 35x12.50r20. It’s a new(ish) tire from Kanati. 12-ply, all steel AT made with towing in mind. Very quiet considering.

FINALLY got my lift on (ordered 9/26, drop shipped, 5 days on a FedEx truck locally, front spacer missing but replaced by RC after no help from CarID) and very pleased. Had to adjust the drag link after the initial test drive worried me, but otherwise went smoothly excepting operator error. Also, track bar setup is a PITA.

Completed modding out my Rubi's partner in crime. The overland trailer is now ready for off road use.

Flipped the axles
Cut off the fenders and angle iron brackets sold the original tires
Welded on new angle iron, flat steel (foot steps), and 16 ga fenders (https://www.etrailer.com/dept-pg-Trailer_Fenders-pt-16~1|2_Inch_Wheels.aspx). Will be able to upgrade to 35" tires if I decide to go that route.
Mounted up some Gladiator offtake wheels and 33" Falcon MT's.
Cut off the Ball Hitch

Painted over all my UGLY welds

Woah, I get to be one of the first posts on this thread!

I did a lot to it today, being my first day off with the Gladiator. I put on my Rydonair radio antenna, Mopar Door Sill Guards, put my drain plug in my floor mats, put in a cubby hole for my wife's stuff.

Wife added her hat to the Jeep when I have the top off, and I put in all my stuff I had in my Ram truck. Fits perfectly, now I just need an air compressor for off road trips.

I also wanted to show how much room is behind the seat, I put my Cherokee Trailhawk Trail Bag in there, which has my tow strap, and gloves.

My dog Pia also got to sit in the Gladiator for the first time.

We just took delivery on our A.R.E. topper. Installed the new Bedrug mat over the Black Armour Deck Pad and now Atticus can ride in the Jeep

Stock Overland rims with Wildpeak 275/70/18. Rubicon take off shocks and springs with 3/4" spring spacers front and back - not leveled.

They use the 3 body mount bolts, 4 locations on the tub, and the pinch weld to mount. Very well constructed and secure. They are about 100 lbs each too.
