I have the same tires on mine, got it recalibrated and am getting between 17-18 mpg. You are getting less mpgs because you are actually driving further then with the bigger tires. Your truck thinks you are going less distance than you actually are.
Ok i have JSCAN. What size did you put?

I forgot the actual height that was entered, but measure the height of the front tire on level ground (just like the picture). This can technically vary depending on your tire size, mods (bumper etc) and tire pressure (31 vs 39 psi). Enter that number as close to the quarter inch as you can. Compare to your gps speed on a straight stretch of road going as close to 75 as you can legally.

If your gps speed is still slightly faster than your speedo, increase the tire size input by a .25”increment. If it’s slower, decrease.

Hope this helps.

Does it have to be the dealer? Would the tire shop do something like this?
most dealers should be able to, although I’ve heard some say they don’t do it. I’m sure some tire shops can do it as well. Honestly I would buy a module to do it Incase you change tire size again and want additional features. You can get them based on options between $100-250. I think most dealers will probably charge 100-150.

Do you have a lift or leveling kit? can you post a picture from the side and then one from the front if possible? It looks pretty awesome
No lift or leveling kit yet. I bought an Alu-cab Canopy Camper that will be installed next spring — waiting on that before making any suspension mods.

Sport S Max Tow. Tires are Firestone MT2 in 285/70r17. Load range E, I run about 33 PSI with good results. Love the tires and barely any change in performance from stock.
Looks great. Did you do a leveling kit?

Are these modules something that has to be installed into a specific vehicle, or are they something that can be used on more than one vehicle?

depends on the model. Some are designed to be left plugged in while others you can adjust settings and then remove them.

do you think it’s a harsher ride with the front rubi springs? I have a max tow and swapped out the front springs to level and I swear the ride is a little rougher after I did it...

Yes, definitely harsher and firmer.

I’ve posted this in other places, but these are 315/70-17 BFG AT C-rated ride great and I’m getting 18-ish mpg combined. I’m pretty happy with the look on stock sport S wheels
