I am confuse..... my stock Mojave 33s are 31" tall fully compressed by the truck. I'd imagine they're over 32" off the truck.33.3” tall compared to stock 28.5. I run a Mojave

Simple physics is how a smaller contact patch can increase traction. There's more to traction than just the size of the contact patch, the contact pressure also plays a very large role. One must also consider the shape of the contact patch and how that interacts with the surface it's in contact with.How would less of a contact patch increase traction? The stock tire size isn’t wide enough to cause the negative attributes of wider tires like hydroplaning or pulling on roads with ponding. It’s simple physics.
