That looks great. Torque specs for the factory rail bolts is 10.5 N m / 7.7 ft lbsI need to find some sort of a torque spec for the screws that go into the bed walls, but it's in place anyway. Got cold and dark again so didn't clean up or finish things completely.
I used tape on the bed to find the hole locations, made holes in the tape where the bed holes were, transferred to the tape to the back of these rails.
I then used existing holes in the rail to determine dead-center and set the fence on my drill press table in my wood shop and drilled the holes.
PERFECT FIRST TIME. The holes were spot-on, once I got the rails up in place I could see the bed holes centered perfectly in the holes I made in these rails.
Thank you for that!!That looks great. Torque specs for the factory rail bolts is 10.5 N m / 7.7 ft lbs
Supposedly helps protect against pitting and rock strikes. Two 8" x 8" sheets were $20, so I hope it does something ?.What does lamin-x do?
+1Those wheels look great what is the offset on those?
That's amazing! Is that all freeway or streets as well? I'm on 37's and the best mpg I can get is 18mpg. That's w/half bed rack rooftop tent and gear. I haven't re-geared yet either.Thats awesome with 37's! Did you change gearing?
Just a quick question for you, where did you get your second ECM from? I have been looking for one.Thats what I did with the ecm, got a second one and had it flashed with my vin and then sent it in to Magnuson to get there flash done.
I like the magnuson but I am getting some custom remote tuning done as I type this. The magnuson tune is good but I think there is more that can be done with it or maybe just refined. Especially at interstate cruising speeds. 60 mph and under it is great. Little thirsty at 75 and over plus I think the shifting needs adjusted to match the higher speed cruising and power, torque from the supercharger.
the loop is a mix of interstate, highway, stop light to stop light, and back country hilly/windy road. That's amazing! Is that all freeway or streets as well? I'm on 37's and the best mpg I can get is 18mpg. That's w/half bed rack rooftop tent and gear. I haven't re-geared yet either.
Do you happen to have/could you take some pics of how you accomplished keeping the liners? They look great, and am thinking about upgrading to those!I bought the quake led fender chop for my sport s and figured out away to keep my inner fender instead of tossing it away. I absolutely love the look of it and they are super bright as well!

Sent you a PM.@aldo98229 where did you purchase the decals from?
Purchased the ECM from the dealer, then had them flash it with my oem tune before sending it to Magnuson. Got it back before the install so no waiting for it during the install.Just a quick question for you, where did you get your second ECM from? I have been looking for one.
