Installed the Armorlite flooring today. A bit of a struggle to do it with only one pair of hands but I was able to manage in few hours. Hardest part was trying to get the trim to fit, these floors are beefy!

Back in November, while splitting wood on the tailgate, a heavy half of log fell off the splitter onto the tailgate. This dislodged my rear view camera surrounded, obstructing the view by half. Anyway, the stealership "looked at it ", and said they needed to order the entire camera and surround (said all 1 piece). Today, 5mos later, still no new camera. So, putzin around, I decided to pop off the access panel. All i did was pull the retaining clip off of the inside, Inspected the camera mount, and reinstalled the clip. How bout that, fixed it. Thanks for nothing stealership:like:

You can use a 2 part automotive epoxy. We use a few diff kinds in the body shop and they usually do the trick. I can get you more details if needed.
All I have to work with so far is what I have seen on Project Farm's Youtube channel.

Did this install last weekend and the only real tips I can give you are:
  1. The hardest part of the install by far is getting the trim removed, go slow and use a trim panel tool and they all come off eventually.
  2. Install the back floor first, it will lay under the front flooring under the seats and it makes life easier if it is in-place when you do the front.
  3. Get the plug holes lined up and the plugs installed before you put the trim back on, I had to work mine a bit to get them to line-up properly especially on the driver's side front.
  4. When you install the plugs make sure the plug goes deep enough to grab the sheet metal and not just the Armorlite floor. Three of mine went in no problem, the fourth I had to work to get it in-place and secured correctly.
  5. Unless you have much tougher hands than me, I would wear gloves when you are manipulating the floor. I did not and my hands got pretty beat up.
Not sure if any of this is helpful, but I would allocate a couple of hours and I think you'll be really happy with the results, I am.

Good luck!

First oil change at 5K and Installed a GMRS radio

Midland MXT275 radio
Midland Ghost Antenna
Midland handset extension cable

And for the antenna mount and handset mount got it over at CoolTech LLC

I’ll do a little more of a write up of the install and such, or add to one of the recent GMRS threads.
The handset cable extension is on backorder, any idea if a regular network cable extension will work?
