Since the dealer did the PCM update/flash, mine has dropped 2 - 3 mpg.
It holds gears a lot longer and I rarely see 8th gear now unless over 50 and/or on a level to VERY slight grade. It really sunk mpg.

ok, thanks. I will take your advice and check against GPS and the factory settings. I agree the 33.08 factory computer setting is probably correct.
Ok, I checked my tire size computer setting against my escort radar detector with GPS that I pulled out of my other car. I tested up to 75 mph. My results is that the stated manufacturer tire diameter of 32.8" gives me the exact mph that my escort GPS is telling me for stock Falken M/Ts on my JT Rubicon manual. So my conclusion is that the factory setting of 33.08" in my computer is off, and is giving me lower mph and mileage statistics than reality.

Well did 10 miles in 6 hours at Rausch Creek this weekend. 4.7 mpg! I thought that was pretty darned good! Might have been better if I had shut it off instead of idling while waiting for the group in front of me.

Yesterday on our trip from Winston-Salem, NC area to Wilkes-Barre, PA area. We were close to 26mpg in VA and Southern PA, then we got past Harrisburg and into the mountains.

Just added 37" Milestar Patagonias. I am now getting 15mpg-16.5 mpg between city and highway.

I have not re-geared from 4.10s. Flashed with Tazer mini and set my tire size to 36.25". Speedometer matches my GPS exactly.

With a combo of city and 60 mph back roads I am getting 23.5 constantly. With aero of a brick that's acceptable.
I dont expect any increase with the new free flow cat-back but will see.

I'm very happy with the gas mileage with this truck. I average 21 typically in my town and rural road driving. I was getting 16-17 in old Ridgeline and maybe 18 on the highway.

Went to Ohio from La and back. Once I got to Ohio I parked it and didn’t get in it till I left.

I will say I went there against a strong north wind and low and behold it was southerly on my trip back.

Im currently running 35’s and Mopar lift, speedo calibrated via gps app and JScan..

My best when stock was 17.5 so I’m not complaining. I go the speed limit and use cruise the majority of the time.

My Gladiator has always got way worse mileage than my brothers Gladiator...both have 3.73’s.

Started at 20-22 with the stock Overland PKG. Now with Steel bumpers, a 2 1/2 inch lift, 35's on 17 inch Black Rhinos I'm averaging 13-14 . With Biden era gas prices soaring. I'm going Gulp!

Same setup and mpg. But I had to set size to 35.5. Running 32 psi.
