So at what point do they do a recall and just lift all of the Ecodiesel Gladys?

So I now have according to Lisa. The second case of a stock Ecodiesel documented bottoming out. If you have the same issue. No matter what trim. Please call her. She is a joy to talk with and answered all my questions. Actually quite interesting. I'm wondering if all Ecodiesel purchases go directly to her. I didn't have to ask for her. She answered. Maybe just dumb luck.

How long did the dealership need your jeep to 'document' it/what was the process?

I just called her to start the process. She will document what you say is happening. She will contact local dealer. Takes a couple of days.
Then make appointment with said dealer in your area with service manager. To in person document what's going on. This is just the beginning.
@JeepBeerSleep there is no guarantee you will get a lift.
Most people will never even notice this issue (mall crawlers). But for people in the know and people who notice these things. Please call her. 877-426-5337
Ext. 406-0550

Glad I found this thread. I noticed this the first day I had my Rubicon gladiator. Will add this to my problem list when I take it in tomorrow

Call Lisa first! She's the contact at this point. It is a process. I don't think the dealer will do anything without having her contact them.

When you dial the number, the automated response says “if you know the seven digit…”

key this number in: 406-0550

I got lucky. She actually answered. I already got a call from the dealer today.

I spoke with Lisa today; they have the 3 that they need to escalate to engineering for a review. If it comes back that there is a repair needed they’ll communicate to everyone. And the sentiment that she was nothing short of a pleasure to speak with is absolutely true. So she opened a ticket and when I get back from vacation I’m just going to email her for an update to see about taking in to dealership for a review. The Mopar 2” lift being a repair option is not a thing. Engineering has to do an assessment/review before anything can be remedied.

At dealer. Love how the service manager goes out on a drive by himself. Of course he's going to come back with no issues. He doesn't drive it the way I do.

Update:
Went to dealer. Dealer looked at and drove Glady. Went over small speed bumps. I was not in Jeep. They suggested slowing down over speed bumps. Uggg really dude it is not a horse and carriage. So I went over to where it happened the first time. Went over the very same speed bump more than once. Could feel the same thing at recommended speed of 5-10 mph. Irregardless of speed it shouldn't be happening. I think I'm going to get some modeling clay. Stuff it between my springs and drive over the same bump and see the actual compression of springs. As well as stick my video camera down there and hopefully get some video of it happening.
Appointment took 1.5 hours
