Ok il get one tomorrow. The shocks and coil spring part. Want to see if 2023 is different than my August 2022 build.
The fix has softened the impact. It no longer sounds like a shotgun going off under the dash. I’m not sure if this is due to the new bump stop nubbin or the shocks. This being said, the weight of a winch has reduced the stock available upward wheel travel. There wasn’t much…2.25-2.5 in stock form to start with.Shock extensions are not required, but they do help prevent bottoming out the shocks once the lift is installed, so they are worth the upgrade!
From what I've seen, Jeep's stiffer shock fix has not solved the diesel bottoming out issue yet, however, you shouldn't have any issues at all if you are planning on upgrading to our 1.5" leveling kit!
The extreme recon wranglers have a longer jounce tube. There is about a 1.5” extension on the end of it.Does anyone know if the front bump stop tube (the metal piece the bump stop sits in) is the same length as the gas engines? I know they changed the frame some for the diesel and I am curious if that is one of the changes.
Onyour website, the spring rate for this is shown as 160lb/in but in the instructions drawing it shows as 188lb/in. Is the 160 number a typo?Yes, if you just want to keep factory height but firm up the coils, those will work perfectly!

I pulled the trigger today for the COR-2910001. Awaiting shipment.Shock extensions are not required, but they do help prevent bottoming out the shocks once the lift is installed, so they are worth the upgrade!
