Thanks !! Just 35s, the stock TSB shocks, and the Clayton JT 0.5" Lift Front Coil Springs
https://www.claytonoffroad.com/prod...-jeep-gladiator-jt-05-lift-front-coil-springs
Your the first that has done, IMHO, the REAL no-lift, full fix... e.g. TSB shocks/bumps and Clayton 0.5" lift front diesel coils. So you've leveled the jeep, gained some front up-travel, and have supposedly better damping and bump protection.

Your feedback on how this performs both on road, and on trails would be helpful for the others on the forum.

Mine (22’ JTRD) bottoms out with the inverse of this config:
Bottoms out - RF - 6378AA / LF - 6377AA

Meaning:
Bottoms out - RF - 6377AA / LF - 6378AA

@am1978 should I cast the vote to the first config still?
I think that’s expected since the part numbers are the same. Looks like the odd/even parts are on the wrong side, but result would be the same.

I have the same set up as you on my 21 gladiator, built in November. I still bottom out as well but I'm told my fix is at the dealership.

My dealership said they did a ā€œvisual inspectionā€ and didn’t see anything. My plastic rings aren’t shattered (yet) but it definitely bottoms out. Not sure what to do. Maybe take a video in a parking or something. I also feel like (unloaded) the car isn’t level and nose is dipping a bit. Not sure if related or normal on other JT

Thanks!

So far it's great! Now I'm no Jeep expert, but it feels right on the road and over bumps... I have about 5 off-road trips before the change and it was horrible and none since, but have taken some pretty rough train tracks and speed bumps at good speeds and it I'd say off-road it's going to rock... I'll update when I can

My Rubicon ecoDiesel is also swapped from the first vote option, and bottoms out very easily:

RF - 6377AA / LF - 6378AA

I have an appointment scheduled with the dealer on 9/7/22. I’m assuming, if I bring the TSB, it may help get them on board with the ā€˜fix’.

Those are stout springs compared to what's under some other Gladiators (*non-diesel)

The fix is 4 new expensive shocks and the bump stops. Won't take them long at all to replace those parts.

Had mine done a month and a half ago or so. The TSB fix did the trick.

To aid your position, look at the top of the bottom spring pad. Mine had impact marks / circular rust areas. I didn’t get any guff from the dealer.

Thanks- I was wondering about that. I took pictures that show the center, where the bump stops contact the bottom pad, is shiny / clean, while the rest of the pad is all dirty- pretty good proof that it’s making contact on a regular basis.
