Where???Covered on several threads here, I opted for the simple method. A sharp utility knife & some patience. If you look at the back of of the bumper you can see where to cut. I like the fact that this method leaves a cover over the fog light wiring.
I’ve seen several posts, gotta use the search. Maybe it’s on the wrangler forumWhere???
Install was a little bit of pain, but made sure to keep a string attached to bracket that sits behind mounting area to keep it from falling. I used the full rearward position(closest to driver).I like that dead pedal and how you can slip your foot under it too. How was install, and how do you like the final positioning, comfort wise?
Search feature, using the terms “air dams” or “closure panels “. Several posts on the JL Wrangler forum also.Where???
Sorry, have been out bush. What winch solenoid did you use? Got a link?
Thanks,
J
G'day,Do you have a picture of where you mounted your Anderson Plug? Thx
That’s bad assI’m pretty simple, I see UGA or Sarge Green and I press like, great looking truck!… in other news buttoned her up bc boring adult things (unrelated pic I snapped of the diesel shop behind my house today ?).

Glad I was not the only one! Adding in my 2" lift, the wrench lost grip on the bolt and came flying at my face. It hit me so hard, I was dizzy for a few hours. lol! I share you painInstalled fox performance shocks (holy crap they’re a night and day improvement over the rubi shocks i had on!)
installed sumo springs front bump stops. I had 2 in front bump stop extensions but ended up not using them. The added length of the sumo springs bumps made up the difference. I will probably do a hockey puck at some point though.
also put on 2in extended front sway bar ends.
and, as usual, i ended up hurting my self while working on the truck...par for the course.
This time i punched my self in the face when I lost grip in a wrench and gave myself a bloody nose. Then shortly after wrecked my left thumb with a wrench. Just a bloody mess, which my wife thought was hilarious since I pretty much always have some errant injury. So she snapped a pic.
enjoy![]()
