Rearranged my cockpit with the addition of a CMM Offroad Freedom Panel ball mount, which allowed me to move my Yaesu control panel overhead. What an improvement from having it along the dash.

When you purchase a new item, without a doubt it should be in new condition. That being said,and considering you waited 2 months to even get the item and might take that long or longer to get a replacement, you may want to ask yourself if that scratch is something you can live with. If so, try contacting whoever you made the purchase from and see if they'd be willing to refund a part of the price you paid, like a scratch & dent discount of sorts. If not, send it back and wait for another one.

Yeah, speaking of that. These pictures are of "new" Dana 44 differential covers that I purchased from Quadratec, for $340 (front and rear). This kind of damage didn't happen from UPS in 2 days. They sent me some scratched up old parts that were probably shuffled around on shelves for months or years.

Installed Builtright trail rails today. I highly recommend. These things are built like they are made for a tank. Far better than the Mopar version. Matt and the guys at Builtright are awesome.

Well, maybe slightly less fortunate. I just received it and it appears they sent me one that had been previously returned for whatever reason. It’s hard to capture on the camera but there are wear marks and scratches all over it. I don’t think it will affect functionality at all but still, I pad for a new one. Not someone’s left over. Really not that big a deal for something this robust but it would be nice if they would advertise it as such.

Got a Scratch and Dent deal on a DV8 Bumper $207. Was curious how the Rubicon skid plate would look but fits pretty nice. I also added a Diode Dynamics Light bar to it. Wired it into the Factory Fog wiring, but it doesn’t work ? flashes on for a sec, then nothing. Anyone know anything about that?

Went 1 for 3 on skid plate installation today. Had planned to install Rancho front and rear differential plates as well as rear shock skids.

1. Front diff glide plate - I’m an idiot and ordered their JK Dana 44 version (cover has 10 screws as opposed to 12 on our JTs), hoping northridge 4x4 exchanges are easy
2. Rancho rear shock/control arm skid - doesn’t fit on my ‘21. Not rolled at the right angle from what I can tell (last pic). Hoping quadratec returns are easy ?
3. Rear diff glide plate - super easy install, thank god, I needed a win.

Put these on too. Will probably sell them since I’m short and my leg is fully extended when my foot is on the peg. I need pegs that stick straight out from the hinge.
