40q ... as said, only manufacturer that I could find in a decent size that will fit in bed with tonneau closed.
Just got a 35q Magellan cooler that fits under my tonneau. Haven't used it yet, but I put a bag of ice in it yesterday, put it in the bed so I can see how long the ice will last back there.

Checked bump stop clearance, looks like I’ll have to add one more block in to keep the tire out of the fender

Man what lift kit is that ? The flex ain't half bad,I already have a metalcloak leveling kit so in really lookin for some new shocks
Also couldn't you do a fender chop on your fenders? to get more up travel and more overall flex

This looks great! I wonder what it would look like on my black Willys?
From experience, it may not be worth your money. I made the swap on my granite crystal after seeing the black satin grille on a few other lighter colored JTs. Don’t get me wrong I like it more than the color match, but it really isn’t noticeable unless in good sunlight, I’d assume your black paint will cause the same. I’m good with it bc I notice and like it, but probably wouldn’t do it again if given the option.

Wired up the oracle led strips under the trail rails. The built in lights weren't much use after installing molle panels.
Were the RC molle panels direct bolt on or was drilling required?

The front panel mounts to existing holes. Had to add nutserts to a couple holes that didn’t have them from the factory though. The side panels require drilling but it was very easy. I think 3 holes on each side panel to add nutserts. Overall, I’m really happy with my RC panels, especially for the cost compared to others out there.

I’m running my 3.5” RK lift with their RRD shocks from my JL up front with a 3/4 daystar spacer in the back.
I definitely could but the 35’s look small enough as is, do the fender chop I’ll be wanting 37’s sooner hahaha. Was surprised to see the tire trying to eat the fender that much, quite the difference between the narrow and wide axles. JL wasn’t remotely close running the same bump stop
