Mine went on fast and without any problems. Installed and buttoned up in about 20 minutes.

The survey did not have an option factory LED with no Max tow. So I guess cannot take the survey. Anyway, mine worked on my Sport S with factory LED. As same problem with most, mine was short and I received the extension but have not connected it yet.

I have factory Tow and LED.

I installed the lights, then used the harness using the Passenger Taillight.

The Driver Side Oracle reverse light did not work.

I unplugged the driver side LED Oracle, turned the plugin 180 degrees and forced it to connect. This worked for me, and they work as intended now.

Was a simple fix for me..

Looks like I'm the only one who did their own wiring. Mine came out perfect. I have rear lighting without putting it in reverse or even run.

Its hooked to aux 4 button and i selected battery hot in settings. Just reach in and hit the button.
My bad. I didn’t see anything about the aux wiring. LOL. Nice work.

Has anyone had the issue I’m having? Non LED, Factory tow. Originally when I installed everything worked as should. Used the plug and play harness off the driver side. NOW after initial testing, the Oracle’s don’t work, and the driver factory reverse light does not work… I checked plugs and even removed the plug and play harness, and still no factory light on the driver side???

I installed the second extension they sent me - thankfully it was shorter than the first and the connectors were perfect.
Because I didn't want any excess down below, I pulled the left tail light out again, also to re-route one of the wires a bit so both left and right came out the same hole, etc. and I compared the connectors of the JT to the connectors on the Oracle harness.
They are fine. They click together like they should and the numbers are equivalents. I checked physical dimensions and so on, I found no differences. So in short, the harness I got aside from the lead to the right side being a bit short, the connectors behind the left tail light were just fine.

I may decide to also wire them so I can manually turn them on for dealing with a trailer in the dark, etc. but since I have no aux switches I guess that's not possible at this time anyway.

Wired mine into the Aux2 circuit that I already was using for the rear rack lights. I did not want them to come on for regular backing duties, just when I chose for them to. I have plenty of rear lighting now for camping, loading/unloading, hitching up the trailer, etc.

SO after calling Oracle it was recommended to swap the halogen bulbs to LED, as they believed the added lights were drawing too much power.

Swapped the Halogens out for LED bulbs and got the same result. Called Oracle again and spoke with a rep. Rep advised taking the harness out and using T-taps into the respective lights to see if the harness was the issue, or if there was an issue with the lights drawing too much power. I wasn’t going to tap into the wiring, as that was the whole purpose of PAYING for the plug and play harness. Rep suggested calling back when they had a tech available to talk too, as they have been effected by the crazy weather back east.

I got to thinking and decided to at least test the “drawing too much power” theory by unplugging the passenger side aux light. Both factory bulbs and the driver side aux light worked.

I plugged the passenger side aux light back in to the harness, and all lights worked as they should??? I cycled things through gears as well as turning the Jeep on and off multiple times and everything works as it should. Idk what caused it to work, but I’m happy it did.

I will say one thing about @OracleLighing:

GREAT customer service! I really appreciated talking to someone in person, and in America none the less! Reps were helpful, and honest with me about issues that have been seen with this new product. Your customer service has me very likely to be a return customer.

Picked up a set with plug n play wire set at the Smoky Mt Jeep jamboree, had them in and wired up in less than 20 minutes. Working perfectly, love the extra light.
