Hi fuelcell - just picked up a 2021 Gladiator R and want to move my fly rods over - any issues with your fly rod holder set-up? Or are you still happy with result?

Installed some cube lights connected to my aux panel.

while looking at lights on Amazon I saw these amber clip on covers, which just blew my mind.

This forum has sold me on the need for amber lights with snow driving and I really wanted to have some for this season. But didn’t really care for full-time amber lights. So these Are the best of both worlds in my opinion.

I used the Mopar mounting brackets. Which like others have said you have to drill some holes, but really they’re not rocket science to install.

annnnnd of course i got my obligatory cut while doing anything to my jeep. No super glue required this time though!

Swapped out the 4.10 gears for 4.88’s. I had a great time. Outside on the carport. Took 4 days total. 2 days per axle. At 70 years of age I’ve learned to work more slowly so I don‘t forget to do stuff. LOL!!! Thanks to Chevymitchell on the JL forum for great instructions on the procedure.

Ambitious and brave. I have all the equipment and a lift and would love to do this for $899 not $2499. Way too terrified to even consider.

Changed out my shift and 4x4 boots and console lid for the Mojave orange stitching. A quick job surprisingly. The JL forum had a good write up for changing the lock out. (https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/forum/threads/center-console-lid-lock-cylinder-removal.61794/). For the console it was easier to just replace the top portion and not all that comes when purchased. The second picture shows the portion replaced and where the 4 screws are that make it easier than the whole thing.

Did you do the vents too? Was going to until I saw they were attached from the back. Looked like you needed to pull most of the dash off to accomplish.

I did the vents and dash pad a while ago. You are right though you have to pull quite a bit of the dash out to get to them.

Proud of myself on this one. Have done a few mods copied from other folks here, but this one was a bit more of my own idea. Next I Need to get rid of those screw heads with a little black paint

Love the look. What lights did you use and where did you tie it in?
