Anyone have an issue where it feels loose on the hiway? Mine feels almost like there’s no sway bar. 3 1/2” Ride right, steel steering box, fox shocks all around.
How much caster did you dial in?

That is very strange. Are you able to email over some pictures and alignment specs so we can help you to figure out what may be the cause of your issue?

Weird pic making my rear tire look smaller than the front, but just finished my 2.5” overland +. Sway bar end links were by far the worst part of this install, as the nuts did NOT want to go on. Just drove it around and so far no clanks or clunks. Alignment is on my to-do list, but we are getting slammed here in Michigan with inclement weather!! This lift still looks pretty damn good with 33’s.

Anyone running a carrier bearing spacer? I'm not liking my pinion angle in the rear the more I look at it.
Yes, I'm running a Rock Jock carrier bearing spacer. It helps a little with the angle.

Yes, I am running the Rock Jock carrier spacer with the Clayton 3.5" Overland kit. Not sure if it is needed or not, but, you can also reduce any bow in your rear coils caused by pinion angle with it - if you need to.. The carrier spacer is so easy to install, so, I figured why not. I left the stock Clayton Control arm specs as they were and installed it, and my pinion angle looked better --- but, before I installed it, I did not feel or hear any issues. So, I am not convinced it is required, but, I would still do it over again since it is such a simple upgrade.

Anybody having issues with swaybar links loosening at frame? I have had to retorque my driver side 3 times already. Maybe a small spacer to take the little bit of slop out at the frame tab?
You can do that, but usually after 1 or 2 re-torques they should be set for a while. If you continue to have issues shoot an email over to [email protected] and we can look into this further for you.

One of my front end links was coming loose at the sway bar connection periodically. It turned out to be a bad lock nut. Once I swapped it out the lock nut, it stays torqued now.

Have you had an alignment done?
I did the same alignment I’ve done on all my Jeeps but just to be sure I had my dealer check it. My measurements, other than caster, were within spec, I set caster at 6* and they knew why.

6*, I thought about adding more but can’t imagine the boat ride feeling I’d caster, I have Zero death wobble or steering wheel vibration.

Ok, just confirming.. so your JT sways at highway speed? My sway bar links came loose twice in the first couple hundred miles, re-torqued them both times and have't had an issue since... What is your sway bar angle sitting at and/or how short did you cut the front links to?

Does the 3.5” lift call for 6 degrees of caster? My 2.5“ lift calls between 4.8-5.5 degrees. I had my alignment done yesterday and mine is dialed in at 4.9. Is there a benefit for increasing it?

Links were cut after measuring with the lift, sway bars are level/parallel to the frame/road. I often check the nuts just because of how it feels but they’re tight. When installed and torqued I put witness paint on them and all other nuts and bolts associated with the lift. As an aircraft mechanic for over 30 years, I do know about torque and hardware so I do pay attention. This is my 6th Jeep lift that I’ve done. I’m wondering about adding additional toe in, just to see how it feels but definitely a different feeling than too much toe out.
