Tried a dyi ceramic today. I loaded it heavy by mistake. Probably too heavy as it looks kinda hazy. But its suposed to raid hard all week so Im sure the excess will get washed off. Really hoping this helps keep road grime and mud off. Really not sure what route to go with the front end for rock protection. SO many people cut in front of those not driving 90 and its disgusting. But they throw rocks like crazy. All the places I have called in town will not do the 3m clear braw over the whole front and sides including the hinges.

also put these on. The tape sucks and I had to bend them. But they look pretty cool

Finished my painted to unpainted fender swap. Rubis up front, max tow in the rear. Bigger project than expected but done and looks great. With the high line flares in the front but not in the rear the look of rake is lessened without me actually losing any of my max tow capacity. Win-win. Also installed LED bulbs and diode dynAmics clear side markers while I was swapping flares.

If my top had been painted it may have been different but having painted flares and a black top to me just looked mismatched, plus I wanted the high lines.
