Hahaha, exactly the same story. Aired down to 20 psi and me on my back wedging it in there while they cranked. But it's in there! I do have the Clayton bent rear track bar which definitely helps. The heat shield would be nice to modify and I'll look into that soon.

I have the same Clayton track bar.
One of theses days I’ll mess with the heat shield.

Go to install the Coverking headliner today. WTF There's no tape diagram to lay out the pre cut tape. Watched their install video. It's not much help. Plus the tape they supplied is single sided tape. Not double sided tape. And I didn't get that much tape. Sent them a polite e-mail. waiting for the reply.

I removed my heat shield and tossed it when I installed my dual outlet MBRP exhaust..Don't need it.

Installed locking hood latches this week. They don't look original, but they are metal and this style has a round key so I can't accidentally bend it.

Finally got around to installing Rock Slide side steps armor. Nice easy install and didn’t take long at all. As expected .....fits near perfectly.

Now if just the rest of my armor that’s been on b/o forever would come in I may finish sometime this year ?

Did both of your freedom panel liners come through shipping intact? I just received my liner today and it looks like FedEx stacked heavy boxes on it when it was laying flat.

The freedom panels have some creases across the middle. Not sure if they will come out when installed. May try a little heat and steam.

I am going to contact CoverKing and @RealTruck (who I bought the liner from) about what to do.

It is double sided, clear/shiny first then carefully pull off the other side. I just used the instructions as a guide.?

My layout, wanted to get the edges and high flat areas.
Valleys (some) have a gap on the dry fit. Did a carful cut and tuck on the forward corners.

I got enough tape to do the front panels. For the rear section. Looks like i got pieces for around the window.

Idk why I didn’t think to use a jack stand when I installed mine, used my knee instead haha ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Lol yeah I set the stand about 2" below the height so I had room to work with the spacer. It made it a lot easier than a knee I assume.
