@RamRod I’m feeling your vibe. Wanting at least 4.88’s maybe even 5.13’s and no less than 37’s on AEV lift. Your bumper choice is stellar!
I dig it! 37’s with 4.88 are great, I have a rubicon on 37’s (4.88 gears) with a 2.5” metal cloak game changer with the 6pak shocks. Moves extremely good I will probably end up with going to 40’s on that one. I would recommend 4.56 or 4.88’s but I’m no professional I just build these to keep myself busy?

Well have a seat and a drink lol, I have a rebel off-road full rack, Mopar Beadlock wheels with “Linda’s sunset” belton spray paint for the rings, 35x12.5 general X3’s, Apex quick disconnects, rough country tube bumper with the lights they include (front), warn evo 10-s winch, currently waiting delivery of the rear bumper, 2 JL tazer minis, a front locker and the hauk off-road snorkel. Debating on the AEV 2” spacer but then I’ll want to upgrade to 37’s with 4.88 gears most likely.
Wait, your jeep deserves a second meme.
Nice truck Ramrod!

It’s a custom variant of this: https://www.mhfautolighting.com/products/2018-2021-jt-jl-leather-red-jeep-wrangler-steering-wheel

Full disclosure: haven’t installed it yet so I can’t confirm everything is all good. It seems they do use scrapped units as the back had some scuffs, and the left side d-pad’s left button is…mushy. It’s not a great feel, but luckily don’t use that one very often. Just worried if it’s functioning at all.

The wrap quality is pretty good, though. But I did tell them no center racing stripe, which they ignored, and I didn’t specify the matte CF cover. Not the worst things in the world to get wrong, but still annoying when it’s custom.

Thanks for the input. Keep me posted on the install, I sure do like the look of this.

I just got my new TeraFlex Ball Joints today! Any install advice? Im nervous about installing the axles without messing up the seals! Did the BJ come preadjusted or do I need to adjust them after installing?

Yeah, make sure the top you use to push them in clear the holes for the zerk fittings, I used one that was like 2mm too small and it slightly bent them enough so the fittings no longer screwed in properly, so I had to tap the holes to make new bigger fitting fits. Thankfully I only did it to one lol.

Mine we’re already at the recommended torque but I double checked just to make sure.

it’s easy just take your time. Good luck!

My Metal Cloak rear sway bar reinforcements came today. Am a bit disappointed as I was all set to wrench this afternoon and it ended up taking longer to get the Glady up on the lift and tools collected than the install took. Very nice product and now I don't have to worry about that weak point. Also, some have mentioned exctra brackets that had to be removed and a heat shield that is in the way. On my 2021 Mojave, there was none of that. Simply remove 2 bolts ane end link then reassemble. About 4 minutes per side.

Thanks for the info. I saw that in the Install video where you could mess up the zerk fitting. Did you use just a regular ball joint press, because O’Reillys has the ball joint press and they also have four-wheel-drive ball joint adapters that you have to rent separate.

Yeah I had the adapters too. I had to use a bunch of the fittings in order to make it work but the ones that are actually meant to cover the tops of the ball joints didn’t work for me.

Installed my Borla Touring exhaust and switched out my Bullet Point Rubigrid mount for the Expedition Essentials JPAM. Figured I would go with something a little bit more stout to hold my phone and accessories. I have been happy with my Expedition essentials mount on my Tacoma for the last 4 years and been nothing but super happy with Expedition essentials. Still have yet to mount my propane tank holder I got from them also.
