I believe I have a strong case, everything else in my 2022 truck is red trimmed, including the stitching on the steering wheel and seats. This was an oversight somewhere. You can still build it on the Jeep site with a red dash, so I don't know what's up.

Where did you order from? I ordered from Gupton, I was under the distinct impression that Gupton gets truckloads daily - straight from the factory. I wonder what the holdup is?

I don’t think it updates by refreshing, because mine says scheduled for production June 3rd but it didn’t update or say anything new like that until the 6th.

So I joined the “What are you sippin” thread over here today. Didn’t know it existed, always played along in the Bourbon thread over at JL.
So anyway, I busted the seal on some Devil’s Cut Jim Beam while ago and got about three fingers deep after a long day of ball bustin back breaking work around the house.
Outside since 630 this morning and it got up to 97*. No biggie, except I’m not acclimated to humidity yet after 28 years in 29 Palms. And the fact that my hot tub sits out in the sun. So my ass is hurting but starting to feel better after the Devil’s Cut. Go to get in the hot tub, it says 108*! I say fug it, well cuz of the liquor, and my back needs some relief.
It was quite exhilarating, almost hallucinogenic, as I was trippin balls that everyone that had ordered Gobi Gladiators after me had already taken possession of theirs.
Oh wait…

28 years in 29 stumps. Well, there was plenty of desert around you. I had orders for Barstow once, but it was rescinded and I got out before they tried again. Still, there would be lots of desert. Now retired to Albuquerque. Go figure.

She made it! First impressions, gobi is just something else. The difference maker though is that diesel. Holy shit balls. It is so quick, and so smooth. It just pulls you back in a non jerky, very, very quick acceleration. Night and day from my 3.6. I'll get some highway miles tomorrow but the delivery guy was 8 hours late because of a breakdown and I just took it around the neighborhood for a couple of minutes. I'm super psyched.

Nice Jeep, Any pics of the interior? The diesel doesn’t compare to the 3.6, it moves the Jeep effortlessly and the torque just on throttle is unreal. I recommend Hotshots edt for your fuel, when I started running it around 16k, I swear the truck ran smoother, it’s a good product, one bottle treats 400 gal of diesel.

Just ordered today in Scottsdale AZ at 5% off invoice. 2022 Gobi Rubicon Ecodiesel fully loaded with Dark Saddle Interior. So stoked! Only option I did not get was the smokers group.

Nope, well actually they would not let me order the spray in bed-liner with the ecodiesel, but they offered a local option for $400 so I took that after researching the company.

Had emailed Gupton this past Friday explaining my situation. Replied yesterday. Gupton backed up what a few others said, that if it’s switched from an estimated delivery date to TBD it typically means it’s being shipped. Gupton said mines en route.
