My tracker now shows, as of today, that my Willys arrived on 7/1. Ordered 3/8.

Would you mind looking around for a Gobi Willys with twill soft top? "Joe". Can't believe yours sat there for almost 3 weeks. I'm at 8 days in the lot now. Thanks.

Get exactly what you want. I’ll be ordering a 23 most likely. I can’t find a 22 with everything I want with more than 500 off msrp if that. I look across the entire country. Might as well get exactly what I want under invoice.

Ok, Ill bite…..
Can you post a link to these rebates you speak of??
What rebates get you 5-8k off of MSRP???
I searched most of the country, couldn't find exactly what i wanted, and something that was close was firm at MSRP + dealer fees…
If you work for a dealer, thats cool - most have that same “buy off the lot” pushyness - but leave us that want what we want and dont care about the wait to get an awesome price alone please….

Hi, I am new here and wanted to ask who to reach out to at Gupton Motors. I tried reaching out to Renne sending her a link to my build on a 2022 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon Ecodiesel via email, and also left her a voicemail however she has yet to respond. I got her information from watching the Tools In Action YouTube channel. The guy on the video named Dan claims he gets $8000 off invoice. He also stated in the video that he had to sign up for Tread Lightly is this true or suggested, if is this way I can sign up because he stated you have to have the membership for a month before you can even use the 1% below invoice price discount. Is there anyone else that works at Gupton Motors that you all suggest to work with, that I can reach out to to get 8% off invoice on my build. Thanks in advance and look forward to learning more about the Ecodiesel Gladiator’s.

You need to reach out to Daniel, he handles the ordering process at Gupton. [email protected]

They are extremely busy and Daniel doesn't always respond if it appears that you are indecisive or have a lot of basic questions. My advice: do as much research beforehand and then email Daniel with a PDF from the Jeep site of the exact build you want. He will then walk you through the process. When I did it they required a $500 deposit and they recommend signing up for Tread Lightly right away since you can't use the control # that gives you the rebate for at least 30 days.

Of their percentage off, 1% comes from the Tread Lightly membership and the other 1% comes when you arrange financing through them. So if they are offering 8% (not sure if they still do) 6% is the base discount, + 1% if you have Tread Lightly membership and +1% if you do financing through them

Thank you for your reply I really appreciate it, I just sent Daniel my build pdf and kept my email short and to the point, hopefully I hear back from him soon. That is a good deposit amount, one of my local dealers told me it would be $2000 last week. Do you know if you can use a credit card for the deposit or does it have to be cash, and is it refundable? I have been trying to negotiate with my 3 local dealers and 2 of the 3 have $3000 markups on the MSRP. The last one which which I showed my build to stated it would be at MSRP, but with the 2k refundable deposit. I have purchased the majority of my vehicles out of state, so I am hoping we can come to a deal and I can put the deposit down for the build. Did you happen to get the entire 8% off your build?

Gupton requires a $1000 nonrefundable deposit on all sold orders. You can pay the deposit via credit card online once you confirm your order with Daniel - they will email you an invoice.

The prices I was quoted in early June were not 8% off FWP. Their standard pricing worked out to about 5% off FWP, 6% off with the Tread Lightly deal, and 7% off with TL and dealer arranged financing. For my build this worked out to about 10/11/12% off MSRP, respectively.

Here are some other misc. terms included in the email:

All prices are plus $499 doc fee and $7.50 for a 30 day temporary tag to get you back home. These prices do not include any applicable sales tax that may or may not have to be collected depending on where you live. We are required to collect our local city/county business tax. Must be a member of Tread Lightly for at least 30 days prior to taking delivery of the vehicle. Any applicable rebates available at the time of delivery would come off these prices as well. Leasing does not qualify as dealer arranged financing. Incentivized rates (such as 0% for 36 months) do not qualify as dealer arranged financing. Minimum amount to finance is $25K and requires 8 payments be made on the loan before paying it off or refinancing on the 9th payment. We DO NOT accept credit/debit cards for down payments (other than the initial $1000 deposit) so arrange to have a personal or cashier’s check for down payment purposes. Please note, without the Tread Lightly control # there is no discount for dealer arranged financing.

The vehicle must be picked up or contracted/paid for within 14 days of arriving at the dealership in order to avoid price increases or forfeiting incentives.

If you have signed up with TrueCar or have any bonus coupons associated with TrueCar the prices will increase $300.

RV, MF, Acq Fee are not locked in upon ordering. All are based of current month’s terms when the Jeep arrives.

Thank you for your reply and the details you provided me it’s greatly appreciated. I am sorry for the confusion, but does the $1000 deposit go towards the final sales price once the gladiator arrives at the lot, or is it completely lost?

It goes toward your down payment. It is not lost.

daniel and renee are both off on wednesday so don’t expect to hear from them today. although daniel did reply to one of my emails on his day off. everything everyone has said is true. 1000 deposit with credit/debit non refundable 7 percent off invoice with dealers financing and tread lightly or a supply company code. if you work for a supplier you wont need tread lightly, i work for michelin tire and got the full 7 because of that. the deposit is also part of your down payment. my build stickered at 57 and gupton price was 50k plus i also got $500 jeep bonus cash. there was an option to get 1000 bonus cash but it would have cost me 1 percent so wasn’t as good of a deal
