I’m getting about 10 miles per gallon as well with 37’s. Love the look it gives the truck but damn 10 mpg is tough to swallow for a six cylinder engine.

I wouldn't change to a mediocre setup, just to brag about mileage being 12-14, and have a substandard Jeep on the trails. Trail performance first, everything else is 2nd.

and if the speedo is not re-calibrated that avg number on the dash is wrong also.
Did you recalibrate your system with the new tire size?
Is your speedometer recalibrated for 37s?
Lol OP def does not have his ecu recalibrated for tires or gearing.
In terms of the original post, I think we need to know if OP's tires are calibrated with the ECU or not...
I would question too if OP calibrated for both the tires and the gears.
OP needs to report back if his ECU was calibrated for the gears and tires.
I would double check that your tire size is calibrated properly and that the gearing is set right in the computer.
Still didnt answer if it was re-calibrated.
@Trippin01, has it been properly recalibrated? I mean at a minimum, it's important to know for anyone reading this thread later. Answering it could also lead to you correcting an error! Win-win.

This is his last line in the original post. "Yes, Mr. Tazer has adjusted the math for Tire size and regearing"

It's getting a new front driveline today. I will recheck the calibration, again. But here is the thing. I'm happy, no worries. Like I've stated before, even if I go from 10 mpg's to 13 mpg's, does that really help? Honestly, I'm really not worried about it. It's pretty well dialed for trails and adventures. My DD get 35 mpg, thats why my DD is my DD. ha ha. Thanks everyone for all the comments, much appreciated, for sure. See you on the trails, I hope.

5.13, 37" tires (have had two sets) 4.5" (really more) lift. Did the trip from CA to UT for EJS. Saw 19.3 mpg on the way there mostly 65mph cruise control to 16.2 mpg with lots of wind and higher average speed on the way home.

With dialing in the right Tazer wheel size I suggest you use GPS. I used GPS on my ARB Linx but you could use any phone I'm sure there is an app. Get a long straight road and run at a few speeds. I did like 25, 45, 65. Check GPS speed, which should be bang on in a long straight line, versus the info console number. Being off just a little actually made like a 5 miles of range on a tank so being off a whole mile would probably be 20+ on a single tank.

The 37s will treat you well in your neck of the woods. We have taken the Gladiator there several times. It has done an amazingly good job.
I haven't gone up to 37s yet, now on 35 KM3s, stock 4.10, and MC Gamechanger 3.5" lift. Where does that limit me in Moab, will be heading there later this year or early next? I really don't want the expense of 5.13s yet if possible, get a good baseline with lifted and 35s on stock gearing. Thx.

That’s odd, I’m getting 18 MPG on 40’s with 5:13’s.

Ok fill your tank never mind the lie meter and see how many miles you can get out of a tank I’m getting about 230 miles out of a full tank of gas what’s that about 10 to 11 miles the reading on the digital readings lie

I’m getting 22 - 25 mpg with overland 3:73 s with a lot around town stop and go, wind, climbing and engine breaking coming down in Colorado. Would I get say 35 mpg with a diesel ? I wouldn’t mind some extra torque but that’s what I would need to be worth it ? On the flat babying it, I bet I could get 28 mpg with 85 octane ? I would never put bigger tires on and get 10, wow !! That can’t be right ??

After rereading op’s original post I some how missed it ? He knows how to get better mileage and has. He enjoys the way it is and that’s great !!

Are you running 42s or something? I'm on 39s and even at 80 I can get 15+ mpg on the highway on 5:13s. Around town if I just stop light race everywhere I can get down in the 13-13.5 but 10-11 seems horribly bad unless you're just driving up mountains all day or towing.
