Used it yesterday. Didn't come out as neat as I would like it to. Cold here in CT and my thumbs were numb when trying to apply.

Rip it out and apply with a piece of 1” PVC pipe. As you apply the tubing, keep it sprayed down with a mix of water/alcohol and run the rounded edge of the pipe along the tubing. It’ll set it in perfectly all along.

That looks like you have a faulty top. If you look at the leak it starts above the window and looks like it coming through the seam in the hard top.
Maybe its the angle of the photo. Its been leak free since the repair over 3 years ago.

I just discovered a few drops of water in the back. At first I thought it was the sliding window but this morning, after some rain, I saw that the top of the sliding window was wet. I'm 90% sure it's coming in around the top of the rear window. I ordered some of the 7mm vacuum tubing so hopefully that will fix my issue.

My 21 leaked from the top somewhere and would pool and drip down. The 7mm vacuum line fixed it and never worked its way out. Set the tube in place with a small piece of 1” pvc pipe and spray liberally with water/alcohol and don’t stretch the tube when setting in. The small pipe will press the tube in evenly.

Some time after install, three years or so later, I was hearing a “popping” noise at the back wall every time the start/stop would start the engine and the radio was on. The pop sound volume was dependent on how loud the radio was set so,… I ripped off the back panel to investigate. It was quite the HULK move and broke the top clips (you actually don’t need those and the other lower clips hold the panel on just fine) and I noticed the water leak had dripped down behind the panel onto the speaker case and other modules.
