2023 Gladiator ED ordering turned back on???

Well I was just on the Jeep site and I could move farther in ordering an ED Gladiator than last week. Am I going to order one...no.

Here is my question....if you can order one again....what does that say about the fix or the ability of a dealer to sell what they already have on the lot.....or is this just all a mistake by some IT guy at Jeep.

Just wondering what your thoughts are.

It could be on, most likely not, but the website isn't any indication of it being valid or not. It shows vehicles that could potentially be available not what you can currently order. This is very common with the limited colors showing up for months after they close since there are some on dealer lots.

The diesels are still showing up on sites like cars.com and autotrader as being on the lot and available, but when I go to the dealer's page, they have no diesels.

I would give your local dealer a call. When I ordered my truck the sales staff was very knowledgeable and helped me navigate thru option selections. The time frame for the factory order they gave me was off only by a week.

I have a ED gladiator on order since Jan 23 and still do not have it was told the fix will be out at the end of the month and they will be making a special model to use up the rust of the diesel engine they have left but all the order go first so maybe I see it in three months

IRed Rubicon Diesel stuffed I ordered in March, built 5 weeks later, ship 3 weeks after that. 4 days before it hit dealer lot I got a good news bad news call from my salesman. Good news, your truck will be here in 4 days, bad news we can't deliver it because there is a recall. I visit it on dealer lot once a week but they still give me no help on when fix will be available. UGH

Sorry for your bad news- good news to others? Dealer just called us and said they can submit orders again for 23 diesel orders.

A few weeks ago it was pulled completely off. Didn't even have the option to order an Ecodiesel. With the new Rubicon limited edition coming out. Maybe that's why?!
On the other hand I built out an Ecodiesel just like my 21 Sport S Ecodiesel more expensive now.

Ordering back on, but you have to get the rubicon farout package apparently. Only things that I would have liked from the package is the leather stitched dash and badges, because why not. Unfortunate that there's no lower cost ways anymore to get an order in for the last diesels. I'm happy with my order from earlier this year with the options I picked.

Considering they are getting ready to launch a 1-1000 limited edition, I would think a fix is in the pipe/near future.

They will probably be built with the last of the existing inventory, come off the line, and then have to wait with the rest for the fix to be installed.

I won't be surprised if this is the case, because it a trend. MY22 were being sold with the same pump but recalled in '23. They accepting orders for MY23 knowingly that they can't full filled until the recalled fix applied.
