Just wondering if you can order the "full time" four wheel drive on a Willy's. You could on a 2023 Mojave with the rear lockers (Selec Trac) and so, now that the Willy's package has the rear locker, I was wondering. On Rubicons, they call it "Rock Trac" full time four wheel drive.
You can't order this on the Jeep build site (never could) but you can as your dealer orders for you at like 900 bucks (2023). I got it on my 2023 Freedom and personally consider it a requirement due to where I live and the road conditions I have to deal with. I've looked at a bunch like 30 or more of monroney's for 2024 Willy's and have yet to see a Selec Track full time 4WD noted on the window sticker.
Separate - I'm also noticing that I am NOT seeing any ability to order a limited slip diff on the Jeep build site for 2024's. They did have that on the 2023 site. It isn't on units with the rear lockers, but on other models you could order it.
I really don't know why Jeep doesn't market these "nuances" to the basic 4WD system. Basic 4WD can be a real pain for people who live in snowy, mountainous states where, like now, half the roads are snow covered and then the next half a mile down the road is clear pavement. Full time 4WD is a god send in those conditions and very helpful in heavy rain "hydroplane" scenarios also.
