@Clayton Off Road
Just installed it and have a couple questions. Preferred rear driveshaft angle? Preferred Front caster angle? Should the wheels be perfectly centered in the wells using the lower control arms first? How critical is having your wheel centered in the well?. I see the bottom bump stops you provide are offset forward. My axle (wheel) is around 3/4” short of the centerline of the upper bump stop in that wheel well so my axle is not quite centered. Just getting it to that point put me pretty far off your recommended length and the springs are starting to bow so I’m afraid to go farther. Thanks in advance. It looks incredible. Very pleased I went with Clayton.

I'd wait for Clayton's response, but here's the instructions from (2) other brands.

I have always set the rear pinion slightly lower at rest because the pinion will lift once you put a load on it due to torque. Hence, RockKrawlers picture is close to the way mine is set (I'm a little less than 2deg). My JK on a clayton lift has run this way for 9 years.

I PM’d Clayton and he gave me some good advice. A little bow in the springs was to be expected. I started over with the lowers and got much of the spring bow out of it. Pinion back to 2.5 degrees. I ordered a rock jock carrier spacer to help with that angle. That way I can take even more bow out of it and a happier pinion angle. I’m chasing my caster around a little due to my crappy angle meter but I’m really close after driving on it for a couple days.

It’s listed as the 3.5” Clayton lift but ended up just over 4”
