I'm planning on switching from 35s to 37s soon. Probably 37x12.5r17 General Grabber x3. Just wondering what everyone has found to be a good pressure for wear, ride and fuel economy.

Do the chalk test. What works well on one guy's truck may not on yours. Srs.I'm planning on switching from 35s to 37s soon. Probably 37x12.5r17 General Grabber x3. Just wondering what everyone has found to be a good pressure for wear, ride and fuel economy.
Thats kinda what I thought. Im running 30 on my 35s. I have heard of guys running as low as 25 on 37s but that sounds pretty low.Start around 32. Wheel width matters here.. but I would guess 30-32 should let it run flat and still have some sidewall rigidity for accurate steering
How wide are the wheels you're running?Thats kinda what I thought. Im running 30 on my 35s. I have heard of guys running as low as 25 on 37s but that sounds pretty low.

^This^Some people use the chalk test to ensure even tire wear. That comes at the cost of fuel economy. Do the math- you’ll save more money in fuel than tire wear by running higher pressure. I run mine at 28 because that’s the way I like them to feel.
Yeah, I did chalk test and came up with 32ish...which also "feels" best to me. Gave up long time ago worrying about fuel economy with Jeeps. Some people use the chalk test to ensure even tire wear.
