41.22. Any issues?

Hello all, I order a hitch slider from 41.22 about 2 weeks ago. I got a confirmation email but no tracking number was provided. I waited a week and then sent a follow up email requesting info. No response so I called their customer service several days in a row but there is no answer. Anyone have have experience with them? Not looking to panick too soon so I’m just curious if anyone used them before. Thanks

Yes. I’ve had a similar issue. Their customer service person, yes I believe it’s just one lady, is only there certain days so you just have to keep trying until she answers. Don’t rely on an email or voicemail. It’s a small operation. Also, they only do batches in one color so you may have ordered one that they were out of and waiting for that day to come around. 2 weeks seems long so I would keep trying to call. Someone will answer eventually. As far as the slider, it’s awesome and worth the wait. Hope this helps!

I bought their slider back in November 2021 and had this issue. I looked up my emails, and I had placed my order on November 28th. Radio silence until December 15th when a follow up email, I think automated, added the shipping info to my order. Good product, but seconded the above - seems like a small operation that doesn’t have a good customer support side to the business.

Order has arrived. I haven’t had a chance to install but it look like a quality piece of gear. Their communication may be suspect but assuming it no fitment issues, it looks like a nice hitch option

Barely related to this topic, but this reminds me of a windshield wiper and motor vendor I had to contact in Connecticut to get parts for some trucks we were building. Through the course of a few phone calls and emails I basically deduced that this whole operation was one guy sitting in a small warehouse and he was answering the phone, the emails, and shipping the parts

Service was solid though...

I like that 41.22 hitch slider. It's a bit rich for my blood, but looks nice.

I use a Curt 31007 hitch skid. Basic, but I figure I already have a recovery point in the rear. Just looked it up. I paid $40 for it back in 2019 - it's $60 now. How is that for inflation...

August 24, six days ago,
I ordered one and got the automatic email.

The price takes your breath away
