Time for a change! The Vette was nice, but only 11,000 miles in about 4 years. It's a short season here in MN, has low ground clearance, fragile wheels, limited storage . . . Just taking up space too much. Went to a few car shows, but found them kind of boring. But it was pretty.
The Gladiator is blast to drive, all-season here in MN, not at all fragile, and is a truck too. I happen to have a nice utility trailer here at home for lumber runs or ATV service, so box size is not a big deal. After much thought on the color decision, very happy with Sarge! Interior is two-tone black and a subtle green.
A Jeep has always been on my wish list, and finally have one. Expect some rookie questions, but I promise to try search first.

katzkin.com is a LOT cheaper than trading in. ditch your old interior, not your old truckWhen I saw those in the 2024's, I actually considered trading my 2023 in for one (I LOVE green) but couldn't justify the $$$ loss
You are 100% correct on that Jim, and I don't disagree a single bit. Being retired, I have little to do expect spend HOURS on the computer researching stuff that I am interested in. I probably have 100+ hours on Katzkin's website building different configurations/designs.katzkin.com is a LOT cheaper than trading in. ditch your old interior, not your old truck
Congrats!!! I like the Vette, but if I had to choose......you absolutely made the right choice!!
No!!!!^^^ Funny! Not sure what to do with the Vette stuff. Might keep if for now and add some Jeep, or it might end up in landfill. Good question though.

Weekly car wash with underbody wash in the winter.Hmmm, interesting. I have a decent shop at home, so I am really tempted to try Woolwax myself. Not a fan of having others working on my vehicles if I can possibly do it myself.

My brother traded a Camaro ZL-1 1LE for his Gladiator a few years ago. He just last fall traded his Gladiator for a Tahoe and really regrets it.

I would rather have a C6 Z06 but its all what you like. I don't like the looks of the C8Nah, the C8 is orders of magnitude better than the C7, but the 7 was absolutely the best of the bunch before the mid engine revolution.
I care about being engaging to drive, and you can buy a manual C7 Z06 for less than a new C8 2LT Z51. Alternatively manual C6 ZR1s are also out there for 2lt z51 money as well
