My 2021 diesel has the same behavior in cold, pretty annoying. Also goes away in few minutes or let it idle and warm few minutes before driving.
But no issues if i keep it in the warm garage (+15 to +20 celsius)
Changed the fluid in 60000 km’s, planning to change it soon again (now 77000 km’s)
Interesting. When did you first notice it? Sounds like changing the fluid did not make a noticeable difference?

At some point I plan to do a full belly Artec aluminum skid system, but I've bookmarked the diesel pan discussed here to see if it will clear. Artec comes to the expo most years and has a JT with the skid system installed, I might be able to get under there and see how much clearance there is between the skid and the pan.

Their JT is pretty tricked out, it might even have an upgraded pan under those skids.

If you learn anything definitely try to remember to report it here. I called Artec today and tried to get tech on the line, but it just rang and rang. No one picked up. I was gonna ask about the specific combo and see if they knew anything.

Then I called Motobilt, asked about the skid clearance for a PPE transmission pan like this, and he offered to go measure their diesel JT with skids on it. He called me back and said it was tough to get an accurate measurement under there, but there was between 2-3 inches of clearance between the bottom of the stock transmission pan and top of their skid. Then he said probably 2.5 inches, but hard to say exactly. I appreciated the effort and thanked him for it. I will remember Motobilt in the future for it.

I am running the Metal Cloak Full Skid plates. Mine is currently in the shop having work done on it but when I get it back I can get some measurements for you if you like.

Nice. Gas or diesel engine? And do you have any skids under there? I’m trying to find anyone who has this transmission pan on a diesel with a skid plate
Gas. No additional skid plate other than the one with the OEM steel bumper which was nowhere close to being in the way.

Here is the photo I took the other day. Let me know if you need anything else.

Did you end up getting the pan? How is it working out?
