Love the Gladiator but can't get the UConnect signed up. The dealer and customer service are working on it but so far nothing. It's not necessary but since its free trial I'd like it to be working to see if I want to continue after the trial

Did you get this issue solved? I am having the same problem, picked up my LE today and have called and they say they are working on it. If solved what had to be done to solve it? Thanks

That sucks - I have UConnect on my '17 Cherokee, so it got added to my account and now I see both vehicles in the app. I'm sure they'll get it sorted and it shouldn't be a big deal to move the end-date of the trial. I mostly use it on cold winter days and hot summer days to pre-heat/cool it, and occasionally when I'm not sure if I locked it. In my experience it works probably 95% of the time, but sometimes the message doesn't get received for whatever reason and I walk out to a cold/hot vehicle. First world problems I guess.

What issues are you having with Uconnect? Mine works great.

I it back - It looks like the Gladiator is in the Guardian connect thing, but not Uconnect. I can control both from the Uconnect app, but I can't see vehicle health reports for the Gladiator. I think that's the only feature it is missing. Mildly annoying and I wonder if it will be added later or what.

Ok, the issue with the SiriusXM Guardian was that the dealer miss spelled my email address when they set up the service. Finally talked to someone at Sirius that knew which area to go in order to put in the right email address. Everything has been working fine all day since this until around 5:30, I came out of a restaurant and tried to go to a send&go address that I had previously sent to the vehicle and saw that it was in there and the app would not load. Now the assist light is red and will not work, shut down vehicle at two other stops one about 30 minutes the other about 45 minutes and upon restart the light is red immediately. Not sure what is going on but only had this for a little over 30hrs now, hope this is not a sign of things to come. Anybody have any ideas or should I just go back to the dealer tomorrow.

So it turns out these issues were occurring while Jeep was updating owner information, not sure why this effects it but that is the only explanation I can get out of anyone. As of now everything is working as it should.

Key fob blows, big and key comes out of fob frequently which makes it bigger. Windshield crack, at about 600 miles, 900 now and everything else has been fine. Waiting on new windshield
I picked up my new LE Gladiator last Thursday with 20 miles on it. Two days later, after 600 miles on paved public highways the wildshield cracked. Nothing hit it except a lot of Texas bugs at night. The Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) was disabled when bug splatter obscured the radar sensor. Next stop I used a gas station squeegee to clean windshield. The radar sensor is against the glass, in front of the rear view mirror. Thereafter the ACC worked as advertised, but the next morning I saw about a 7 inch crack in that area of the glass, from the edge of the sensor zone extending onto passenger side. A few hours later, with no driving at all, it had spread across the passenger side. I called the dealer that I bought it from. No answer. I left a message. I think this is a defect. I'm thinking too much stress loading in that area of the glass.

at 1500 miles my truck has now been at the dealer for a week, while i've been putting around in a Hyundai Tuscon rental.

- Gear whine started around 100 miles. Was told the gears are breaking in. Its only gotten louder. Can typically hear it over road/tire noise even at highway speed
- A handful of times have gotten a breif grinding noise, followed by traction control kicking in for a half second. At lower speeds is relatively harmless, but at highway speeds the whole vehicle jerks.
- Intermittently while braking, or during low speed stuff like stop and go traffic, the truck clunks and shudders. Feels like it is when opposite loads are put on the drivetrain, engine braking to acceleration, but doesnt happen every time. A passenger said the truck makes as much noise as his 80s pickup.
And some minor gripes:
- Paint runs on two of the doors. They are on the doward sloping edge, so I only saw them when I was peeking under the truck and it happened to be at eye level. They are raised and can be easily felt when running hands over them, and irregularly shaped enough to catch a cloth while cleaning
- Wind noise coming from both sides, probably a leaky seal on the door or windshield. Sounds like loud static. Not obnoxious, but it starts at 5mph+ and doesnt go away. Wrote it off as normal until I test drove another JT to compare

Had mine two weeks yesterday, still only have 260 or so miles on it, been working. One problem/defect is the cover cap on the top of the driver side grab bar won't snap down and comes open (won't fall because there is a plastic tail that keeps it attached. All the others seem fine. And I'm not sure about the keys, when I look at the edge under the jeep name it looks like the key is not quite snapped all the way together. The space widens and at one point it looks like I'm seeing inside the key. Both keys are the same.

Picked up Friday evening & overheated Saturday. Initially thought it was air in the radiator & tried burping it but didn't work. Its currently at the dealership being looked at.

A few days ago at 800 miles the auto cruise malfunctioned, immediately followed by the regular cruise control immediately followed by electronic stability control immediately followed by the auto stop/start. Going to service on Tuesday. I have bought lost of brand new vehicle, first time ever this many things went out at once.
