I don't. I had to add USB ports to the back of the center console. What a joke FCA. Such a basic feature for people with kids. Make me spend $4k for USB ports in the back.
That explains why I falsely thought all the radios came with Sirius. For the first couple of years, it was pretty hard to not option a Sport S that did not forced the Technology Group to be applied so most Sport S models came with it. When they made the 7.0 radio standard and not a option in mid 2021 model year, it made it easier for the Technology Group option to not be forced when selecting other options.

Oh that’s so funny as I wrote that I got an email from SiriusXM Gaurdian. I need to unsubscribe.

My subscription ends in a month. $8.99 per month is realistic $30 per month isn't going to happen. We will see how it goes.

Ford dealer suckered me into buying a bed liner.

All our trucks get bed liners is what I was told. Sounded like a freebie. It wasn’t, it was added.

My Gladiator does not have a Sirius XM receiver. I have an account with our Honda Pilot which I call to cancel to every year and renew at the retention rate that they offer. I set a reminder in my calendar for when it is time to call in March. I listen to Sirius XM in my Gladiator via my phone on Android auto. I also use the app/computer to listen during the day while working.

I don't get many marketing materials for satellite radio mailed to me since I am a paying customer, but I constantly get emails and mail for the XM Guardian which I do not really see any value in.

I have the tech group with SiriusXM. I don't get any calls or ads popping up. Most I get is a stray spam email from them. I just unsubscribe.

I bought two lifetime Sirius subs back in the days that they offered them. I believe its been over 20 years since I bought those. Still have the service in both our vehicles all these years later.
When I'm out on my fishing trips 50 miles from pavement, I appreciate having it (although I do also enjoy my late night AM radio when sitting around camp).

You can get $5.99/month without much haggling.

I will look at this next month. I listen to Pandora on my phone most of the time. When I'm out of cell phone range, I enjoy the peace and quiet.

I remember when this thread first started and couldn't remember having an issue with Sirius but it has been a long time since I've even turned it on with a new car. As first mentioned by @Sweetums , my phone does it all so I don't need it.

Made the mistake of activating it in the JT because, where I live, when you get far enough out at the beach you lose cell service but sat radio would still work. Huge mistake! When the really unnecessary package expired I was plagued by 2 days of nag screens telling me the service has ended and I need to call now. Mind you I was no using the service they were nagging about? Yesterday I cancelled my radio because the trial was over and I was not going to pay $31 a month.

Since I have a long history of cancelling services with a button click imagine my surprise when I was not allowed to cancel without at least "chatting" with a agent? Every time the agent tried to communicate I just typed "Cancel". My last message was informing the agent I would call because I would get more satisfaction out of yelling at one of their people and "voicing my displeasure". I got a message back with 5 sec with my cancellation confirmation number. F..K Them! Poor business model to FORCE your product down peoples throats. Again, F..K Them!

I bought my truck used and it still had the Sirius trial going. I tried it for a bit, but never really had a use for it; there's nothing it does my phone doesn't do better. When it expired I started getting the sales calls (thanks, Jeep, for giving them my contact details); I finally convinced them to take me off their call list in accordance with federal law. So the mail started arriving like snowflakes in a blizzard, but that's easy enough to ignore with the other junkmail.

If you don't respond to this tactic, you starting getting junk mail with a generic return address and no company logo - but it's still bulk rate presorted on the postmark, so it goes straight in the bin without being opened.

That brings me to today; I get in the truck for a short trip, so I don't plug in my phone. I get a message on screen immediately that my Sirius has been reactivated for another trial with an "Okay" or "Make Call" button, presumably to call and reactivate the paid service. Hit "Okay" and move on -- but wait, now another nagging window pops up telling me how important it is to call and activate for this super-duper ultra-special because-I've-been-a-good-boy-all-year-offer.

I admittedly have a very low tolerance for advertising in general, but this is too much. I didn't sign up for Sirius to use my screen in my truck to serve me their ads. I signed no EULA or purchase agreement with that language, thanks to buying my truck used from a GM dealer. So, has anyone managed to get Sirius to go play hide and go f*ck themselves for good? Teach me your ways.
I did and I now get it for $99 annually.
