I have a '21 Mojave. I've had the start/stop disabled via Tazer pretty much since the day I bought it (Nov. 2021). I also did the Aux battery delete a while ago. As of a few days ago, I've started getting intermittent Auto start/stop warning light. It comes and goes very randomly. Anyone experienced this? Thoughts?

This is a warning sign that you have an electrical issue that needs attention. Most likely, it is about time to replace the Main Battery. The average life expectancy of batteries in the JT is about three years.

This happened to me when I started having engine misfires. The ESS gets disable first (warning light comes on) before the engine misfires reach the threshold to turn on the check engine light. Using Jscan to do live monitoring allowed me to see the engine misfires happening before they triggered the check engine light.
Your issue may not be misfires, but it is most likely an issue unrelated to Auto stop/start, but is causing Auto stop/start to be disabled.

I've already replaced the main battery. It's less than a year old.

Interesting. Thanks for the info.

Could be the IBS needs to be reset. Any electrical mods? Are they connected correctly and secure?

Of course if you reset the IBS you would charge the batt.

Any update on this? Mine is starting to do the same thing. Same situation as OP. Bypassed the aux battery when I replaced the main less than a year ago.

If that were me…I’d take the Tazer out completely to eliminate it from the equation. Not only that……but to prevent it from being damaged while you’re troubleshooting other things.

Tazer been off for 8 months or so since my last issue. Kept it off to eliminate one more variable.
