B, only to avoid any legal issues.
I think these are the best by far as they look clean when not lit, will buy for sure.

I personally like A and would rather have more light. I apologize for my ignorance but am not aware of why we would need to legally have reflectors on rear. So if it is required then B will work. I agree with other and like the idea of wiring that is plug and play.

It seems to me that my current rear LED lights (factory) are washing out my rear view camera in reverse at night. It is grainy AF.
Will this make it better, or worse?
The Tazer mini allows you to set it so the license plate light turns off when shifted into reverse.

Will the Jscan app do this also? I hate how that light washes out the backup camera.

Dammit, I have had a Tazer Mini for 3 months. Haven't been able to physically install it due to an emergency hip replacement

B is my opinion for as stated above, maintaining the reflectors. As a Traffic Crash Investgator visibility is a factor. Need to have a good reflector while parked to help avoid being struck. Also. If could make a red rear Fog integrated like the European cars would be cool too. Definitely needs to be plug n play. No splicing
The reflectors on these would seem to barely meet minimums as it is. Those things set back into the bumper, down low, not great.

So when you are pulled over onto the shoulder after dark, and your lights are off - approaching vehicles can see your vehicle - in case they also need the shoulder.
Reflectors and position marker lights (that reflect as well) have been law for decades!
It's called safety- just in case, protecting you and others. (and others from you)

Understood, I just thought that most were built into the lights and lens.

So if we add an aftermarket rear bumper, no one gives a crap about the reflectors, but if we are modifying the stock one, everyone wants to keep them? I vote A for more light!
Some of you may not - but if I did swap rear bumpers, I'd have reflectors mounted.
My experience with the aftermath of accidents sticks with me.

You only need to have reflectors visible from directly behind so they should suffice assuming they're appropriately reflective.

I would buy either one if the price is right. It’s still a great improvement...
