Looking to add a bed cover I like the roll up ones just need something to keep gear dry any recommendations?
The Roll-n-lock on my JT has been great at keeping everything in the bed secure and dry. I absolutely love it. It also ties into my bedrack perfectly. Its not cheap, but its awesome.

I had the Bak Flip folding aluminum cover on my Chevy and was so happy with it that I immediately put one on the Gladiator. Never had water issues! I only removed it when I bought a RLD cap. I highly recommend it!

I won't repeat what others have said about the BAK X4S. I like mine as well.

One thing I will mention is that it could limit the height of items that you can fit under it. I measure 17.5 inches of clearance on mine. The main reason I mention this is for fitting a fridge. I've only found a couple with 60 liters/quarts or better that will fit. If you could find a cover that affords you 18.5 inches of clearance the number of refrigerators that will fit goes way up.

If any of the other X4S owners want to offer thoughts on that I'd love to hear what others have done if they have a fridge under the cover.
Agree on that height issue. I also use a Bak-x4s revolver rolling tonneau cover and a Apicool fridge. The Apicool fits under the cover and will hold 2 cases of beer, or subtract beer for water, soda's, and sandwich making items. Decently priced on Amazon and I have 1000's of hours on it since I also run it at home or parties as an aux fridge. Runs on the AC outlet but could run on DC. So sometimes I plug the solar generator into the AC bed plug and run the fridge off 12V outlet on the generator. That way it stays running whenever you stop for breaks. The setup works for me. Also fits in the back of wife's minivan for other family trips and works for a family of 4.

The Bak-4s is lockable and gives more piece of mind if parked somewhere for a bit. Like travelling to a hotel and all luggage is in back, you don't have to pull everything out and put in cab just to stop a a restaurant, hiking trail, or some other road stop. Can it be broken into? Sure and likely pried open easily. But will keep the casual thief away and will require a tool and a few minutes vs pulling the velcro back. The t-slots were a bonus. I bought some cheap t-slot eyelets off amazon to bungee lightweight gear on top that I didn't mind getting wet. I do get a bit of water in the bed during a heavy rain, but its very minor. Easy to install. There is at least one rack that will utilize the t-slots so you can still roll the cover up with the rack on. I'm still saving money for it.

Hope that helps.

I've said it before, the Truxedo Lo Pro is a great cover. I've been using them since 2006. The LoPro has a lifetime warranty, and they mean it. The cover I have on my SuperDuty has been nearly completely rebuilt under warranty; no questions asked.
A great cover with second-to-none customer service.
They ain't cheap, but they're worth it.

Which model / size do you have? There are several sizes and configurations on Amazon.

I have the Bestop twill roll up tonneau. Pretty happy with it.

Still liking this tonneau? Any leaking? I had the Mopar twill soft roll up tonneau and it served the purpose but water would still get into the bed along the sides.
