You might have your lawyer contact their legal dept and mention Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, but you have to be willing to back it up with filing suit. I rarely works out well for the dealer or the manufacturer...

Ps. This is not legal advice, I simply stayed at a holiday inn express last night...
That act or law has zero to do with this because it's a bent frame without replacement parts being involved. Had he replaced a bunch of suspension parts and they said no - that's different. No one has actually read that act.

I saw "fire roads", etc. mentioned - I've been on some and I won't take my JT on some of the roads I was on in Alaska. Logging roads, fire roads, etc. - holes that could snap a wheel or axle.
As a matter of fact back in 2018 my wife and I took one of those "kart into the wilderness" things. They had pretty well-build heavy 4x4 side-by-sides. They were beasts. We were told - don't worry, you won't break these.
Well, I did just that. There were half a dozen of us driving the trail up to the end of the road where there was a small turn-around. We headed back and I hit a big bump and hole and suddenly I had no steering. (scary where we were - at the edge of a ravine that went down the side of a mountain. Even they were concerned) They had to drive on ahead and radio back to headquarters (we were all out of radio range) and have another kart brought out and tow the one I was driving back. Yeah, I hit a hole and snapped something because turning the wheel left made the thing go right. Trying to move forward at all would have sent it over the edge of a very steep and very deep ravine.
They asked if I was ok - sure, no problem here. It was a bit of a jolt, and I figured ok, I just got hung up on a log or something - nope, busted the thing bad!

Like WXMan and I and others have discussed - hit something just right and you have tens of thousands of pounds at work - NOT the weight of the truck, but many thousands of pounds, and if the hit is just right, the mechanical leverage is crazy. When you go up 40 inches and then come back down I think if I recall the math - you get about 20,000 pounds of force on that frame when things suddenly stop moving.
